they need to be audit on their billing department once a year atleast with overviewing random customers bills and their charges , they start charging a month ahead if you 2-3 days late you get a bill of 2 months charge and then that gets stuck till you miss next months bill then they add that month again,that's were their extra money comes from, their funny business at overcharging....then the shut off and reopen service fees are extremely outrageous...too much from this place.

Both times I've gone, I've never had an issue. The woman at the counter was polite and straight to the point. Paid in cash with my latest bill in hand and was out in 5 minutes. Online bill pay works most of the time and there is an online fee, but it's only a couple percent.

Opud is a corrupt ran business that's been busted for embezzlement and customer fraud over the last ten years and needs to be investigated for the same issues again..$62 Bill turned into a $260 Bill without any explanation or notices .....

The people of Olivehurst really deserve a lot better service than what OPUD provides. I have been waiting 3 weeks to have water pressure issues at my home resolved. I call to follow up and the folks in the office don't know nor do they care. Can't provide any kind of eta. It feels like there is 0 accountability. A small local utility should be more responsive to its customers. This is a real shame for the community.

Incredibly poor service. Customers are unable to schedule bill payments in advance. The billing notifications are sent out with out the full account number. Be aware you're just paying for the housing developers bad decision to build in a flood plain.
