This seems to be a wonderful facility. This is the first time I visited. I went with a friend to see the Irish dancers. For a multi-purpose facility it had a nice stage and a good sound system. The A/V Department did a nice job. As we walked through, you could see a number of activities going on concurrently. It is also my understanding that they have a very nice pool. I would be delighted to go back there for other events. The parking seen more than adequate. It is an easily accessible venue. The signage could be improved, other than that I have no specific comments.

The people are so nice from the instructors to the members it’s a great experience! The facility is wonderful with so many activities! I literally have an OPC schedule for each day! I like it and certainly encourage you to try it out! Your only regret will be that you didn’t come sooner!

Love this place! If you're at least 50 and a resident of Rochester, Rochester Hills, and Oakland Township, it's only $6 for the annual fee and they have all kinds of workout equipment along with an Olympic sized pool and a very large therapy pool for those aches and pains!

I have been going since I turned 50. Love the people that I've met and classes. You don't have to be old to get involved, just 50. 😉
If you're out of area you can join but it's costs per year for a membership.

People are friendly and caring. I work out two days per week using cardio and weights with my spouse. Love the smart weight card to set weights. My mother outlaw swims two days per week in the best kept secret of a pool.
