First and foremost, this is my very first job and I know what it means to run a business in this community. This negative review does not necessarily reflect the quality of their product. However, I have never been more disappointed in a business where I grew up. I went to the oil change place right across the street, I could not use the vacuum with a dollar bill; from there I thought what’s the closest place to get change, how about the ice cream place right next-door. I wait in line for approximately 10 minutes, expecting a very easy transaction. You’re not losing money, I understand you’re also not gaining money. First thing i said when I got to the counter, “I know this is a weird request, but can i get change for this dollar.” The cashier looks up and says let me talk to a manager. She went back to the room, and came out a minute later. She then says “I cannot make change unless you buy something.” I will tell you I will never spend a single dollar at this establishment because of the poor customer service and the poor way that they treat community. Tiny all day every day. They also own the Elsies in Fremont so i would avoid going there.

P.s. order your cups and bowls during your first initial order to avoid a 25 cent charge

unique sundae creations, regional brand of ice cream. that said, customer service kinda sucks. Don't do samples of flavors, when we had a kid drop a spoon through a drain grate on property (so "it's gone, dude") were resistant to giving us a new one.

So, we went to Ope! For the first time on Sunday around 1 pm. We ordered 2 LG fries.the fries were so small. NOT even as many as a Burger Kings small fries. Disappointing for 3.50. They did taste good but my son was still hungry!

Ope, this place is AMAZING 🍦!!! This is the perfect place to bring the family. Ice cream nachos are a favorite 💯! The kiddos just love the playground, too. We will be back soon!!!

Peanut butter malt was pretty good.
Everything was very expensive vs. other places

And was charged more than was posted on thr sign.

Kind of disappointed because the other ice cream place isn't good either. Owner is rude there.

They were busy and short staffed like many businesses these days. With that said the staff was calm and friendly even though there were a lot of customers. The ice cream was also yummy. I really appreciated that the sitting area was covered. We had a hot 90+ degree day.

Great ice cream elephant ear bowls were amazing.... the young kids working there on the other hand were not was outside the window for awhile before I decided to walk around and knock on the drive thru window to get there attention when I ordered the young girl huffed at the fact that I ordered the elephant ear bowl...

We went thru the drive thru. A little bit of a wait, but we did order 3 hand dips, a banana split and a flurry. Everything was very good
