After a phone call to check on a bag I ended up driving down (I’m local) and picking up 2 of the most well made bags ever. From the first phone call the customer service was amazing! Then after being able to meet some of the team and the owner I only love this company even more. (Insert clap emoji here) for a quality product at a great price made by amazing humans.

After researching which frame bags that I wanted to purchase for my new bikepacking build, I went with Oveja Negra and I couldn't be happier! The bags fit exactly as they should, super high quality, and look amazing! They even sent a personalized note, candy, stickers, and a book of matches for my trips. Talk about over the top customer service! This is how all companies should be. Now I can't wait to order more.

This company rules! I purchased a frame bag for my endeavor on the CT. At the end of my adventure, one of the zippers ceased to work. After contacting them, I drove to the shop, they fixed my zipper for free and I ended up buying a bag for my girlfriend! Super friendly staff that showed attention to detail and passion for the company. Thanks Oveja Negra!

I went in to their shop last week to show some friends from out of town where the bags were made. Lane was super friendly and helped out with questions. She also went out of her way to make an addition to my bag to add a key holder. Great people, bags and service

Excellent bike bag company. Customer service is excellent, when my fav color seat bag was sold out I was able to place a pre-order and received the item just a few weeks later.

I would recommend buying your entire backpacking rig from oveja negra.
