I do not recommend wasting money on this place. The manager is rude and not accommodating. The furnishings, carpet, kitchen utensils are old, dated and falling apart. The bed in the double master is not safe. They have a bug problem also. We had huge bugs in our bathroom and laundry room. There are other beautiful places in the area to stay with better amenities and not having to commit to an overpriced timeshare.

We love The Owner's Club and have been owners for about 15 years now. The locations is beautiful, the amenities of The Homestead are great for families, and the local food and beverage options are better than most of the resort food options. Staff Karen and Tim feel like part of the family.

Great local dining: Country Cafe and Cucci's are great for normal dining, typically offering better food for half the price at the resort. We also love The Gristmill for fine dining.

Great value and location. Fractional ownership, access to all resort amenities, 2 great golf courses, spa and so much more. Each house sleeps 10 people. Free standing houses. Affiliated with clubs in Hilton Head, SC and Barton Creek, TX
