Great place to escape the extreme Texas heat! Lots of sun but heat is short-lived in afternoons to a few hours before evening cool breeze sets in.
Great hiking with beautiful views & waterfalls nearby:

Piedra Ice Caves-Moderate but Favorite with awesome 180 views at end plus ice caves.

Drove 6+ hours to come for Reggae in the Park and it was an absolutely beautiful drive and the town is incredible! Not to mention the show was incredible! They did such a great job with everything! We will definitely be back!

The woman is polite but she kept on trying to sell me their daily pool which is $20 per person. I asked her if there's any hot water in the river. She said no, only here in the resort. But actually there's the natural hot spot just across the river. You can walk across the bridge and get to those spots in 3 minutes. The temperature is a little hot over 100 degree but good for soaking your feet. 从这里走到河对岸的河边步道，旁边就是热温泉。

Great place to visit, my wife really wanted to visit Pagosa Springs, glad we did. The people were nice, loved the weather and we really enjoyed our visit! Cant wait to come back!!!
