The staff at Pal's really tried to make our two dogs feel relaxed and at home. We were able to watch their webcam during the day to see when our dogs were outside and what they were doing. They also sent a few videos to my daughter of both dogs. If we ever need to board them again, we know where to go!

My dog is especially difficult to groom but Elena does a marvelous job. She even shaves the fur inside her ears!

We had to board our dog for 10 days and he seemed to have fun when I checked the Webcam periodically. However, he did come home with a nasty eye issue that we're having to treat now. A few days in, we got a call about one of the dogs having scratched his nose. They said it was no big deal and he was fine. I'm fairly certain the dog bit his entire head as it wasn't just a scratch. Not sure if that's the reason for the eye issue at this point, but it could be. Also I asked for an exit bath and nail trim. Not all of his nails were trimmed and those that were trimmed were barely shorter.

I boarded my Wrigley at Pal’s for the first time since living in Fountain Hills. I was very impressed by the staff, the facilities cleanliness, and the care shown our treasured pets. The staff and facility have earned FIVE stars in my opinion.

When they say they treat your pet like a celebrity, they truly mean your pet is their priority. We have multiple dogs. They keep your family together and separate. But if you want them to socialize with others, they can. I have peace of mind when we trust our kids to their care.

Pal’s is great! When we board - My pups are always well taken care of, get snacks and nail trims while they are at it! I love that I can check in on them via the web cams.

We recently got a long haired doxie and the groomer was awesome. Not only was she super excited to work with our three doxies she gave our new little girl the cutest hair cut.

I have used this facility many times as day care and once for overnight boarding. I was hesitant as this is a small, young dog, and was worried for his safety. The dogs are constantly monitored in playtime, and only exposed to other dogs of similar size. I am very happy and confident my little guy is in great hands! Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to leave your dog for a full stay-in. We are utilizing Pal’s Inn service for few months now, the few times when we can’t bring our adorable pitbull with us. We can tell how much our dog loves this place, we always find him happy and excited, and everybody at the Inn has always been very kind and professional to us too.
