I’ve never had a dog who needed to be groomed. Gracie stumbled into our lives, a full breed Havanese- and I’m HUGE on supporting local companies. This spot is a hidden GEM. Her ears were matted, hair long and tangly, and they were amazing to work with! Not only did she explain to me what needed to be done before hand, this was the best and easiest experience ever!
Will recommend every time! They even sent her home with a cute little flower collar!

Pampered Pets in Windsor is our “GoTo” place for grooming our dog. They get him in on time and a couple of hours later…viola!! A well groomed pooch comes bounding out! They are great!

There is not enough stars to rate this place! My girl lily was very very anxious about grooming after having a bad experience at PetSmart. My pup was having the hardest time getting into the building. Everyone was so understanding and helpful! They let my girl take her time and slowly get into the building. Chelle and the younger lady are amazing and really helped my pup feel comfortable. When I went to pick her up she was a whole new dog, even said bye to chelle before leaving. I honestly couldn’t be more grateful!!! We will be back regularly now! Once again thank you so much pampered pet!!!

We're new to the Fort Collins area, and Pampered Pets came highly recommended from our former groomer. We have a Bernedoodle who needs fairly frequent grooms, and we're specific about how we want her to look (trimmed up without the full shave). Our groomer, Valerie, did a wonderful job! She was an excellent listener and did everything we asked for. Our Rosie looks great 🙂

If I could give them six stars I would. Our dog, Leon Redbone Kaufman is a member of our family. So, we want the very best. Oh sure we have to drive from Aspen but it is worth every penny. The prices are right and the treatment of Leon is AMAZING. If you want the very best ask for Chelle Allen. She understands that your dog is your family member and she treats her/him with respect, love and kindness.
