This store offers just about anything needed for your furry friend. When entering you are welcomed with a friendly smile and offered help. I can say that the young lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, when I made my purchase I was told to keep my receipt and I could return the item I purchased. I WAS NOT TOLD THAT THEY ONLY GIVE YOU STORE CREDIT.

When I returned the item I was told they only give store credit. When I said that I did not know that and if I had I would never purchase this particular item. I was RUDELY informed by the “owner/manager” that IF I had read the store policy I would have known that I could only get store credit. He continued to point out several places where the policy is posted - on the bulletin board away from the cash register and under the check out counter. Who looks at a bulletin board unless you are looking for something like a lost dog, special services that others may offer, etc. and how many people look under the counter for store policy.

First, I’m visually impaired-I can’t read the signs (way too small) and they were NEVER pointed out to me.

Second the cashier SHOULD have said the policy is for store credit only on returned items.

I would suggest and I would have in person had I been given a chance that they post a VERY LARGE PRINTED SIGN behind the cashier that says

STORE CREDIT ONLY
NO REFUNDS!!!!

And that the store manager be more polite - I will NEVER shop at this store again nor will I EVER recommend their place of business because of them being so RUDE.

BTW - I did not keep the item - I left it at the store so they could resale it if they wanted as it didn’t fit my furry friend,and I did not explain to the manager that I was visually impaired-I wasn’t given the chance.

Tommy is so friendly and helpful! This store has nearly everything you need to spoil your dog. I could probably spend 2+ hours & $100+ here! Raw Mondays are a great opportunity to get some treats for your pup, and there is a large variety of high quality food for your dogs/cats. Support Local, shop here!!

I love this store!! They have the cutest bakery section, and the staff is SO wonderful and sweet. We have just moved here, I came here with my little brother who loves dogs and they made such wonderful conversation with us both! 10/10 recommend!!

Debbie is wonderful. All the employees are incredibly knowledgeable. I’m so happy I have found a store focusing on pet health and nutrition. They carry the best! And they really do love fur babies. They’re always so sweet to our pups.

Horrible customer service. I would've spent a good amount at this local shop to put together a doggy gift basket, and I was rudely hung up on by the owner when I asked about it. Horrible customer service.

It pains me to write this review. Yesterday I went into this shop to buy a collection of goods for a new dog. The young lady working behind the counter could not have cared less that I asked for help. She spent about 30-60 seconds with me, walked back to the counter where a few minuets later I had to get her attention back from her face buried in her phone to ask what was in a big bag of dog chews. She told me, "read the package, its written on the front I read "beef cheeks" having never seen a bag of beef cheeks I ask if that was accurate since it looked like simple rawhide, she shrugged and went back to her super important phone messages. This young lady has worked there for a long time, I have seen her before, but I do not think she is the owner. The other issue is pricing. Its high, astronomically high. They had a Chinese made dog bed for $60 that everywhere else sells for $30. I expect them to be a bit more than a chain store, being local, but not 200% more. I dont plan to return, even though I dropped $100 on a few items I wanted, I left without buying more because of bad service.
