Great sound, great atmosphere. Bartenders volunteer there and are paid on tips only, but are fast and friendly. Lots of standing room, and tables if you want to sit. We had a great time last night.

Management needs to rethink their seating arrangement and attitude toward customers. We traveled 2-1/2h to see a band, booked a hotel room, shopped and spent over $500 in all only to wait in line outside for 45 min and not have a seat when we got inside. Many of the guests ahead of us laid coats across seats saving for friends to arrive. We went up to balcony and found 2 seats which we found out later were VIP but not marked as such. An employee rudely asked us to leave and sit elsewhere. There were no other balcony seats available. We were told we could stand for the concert, but are in our 70’s and unable to do that. We went down to the box office to complain but the man there never responded except by smirking. I admit I got louder explaining our situation. He continued to stare and smirk. Finally, another guy came up and asked me to stop being loud. They offered us our money back. After driving that far and booking a hotel room?
Finally he escorted us to 2 chairs on the main floor near the sound booth which miraculously appeared. All staff eyeballed us all night long. Never again. When I emailed the theater, I received a nasty response which I’m sure they’ll do again here.
We’ve been coming here for years but never again.

We went on a cold snowy night to a concert here. It was a 90's live band tribute night. We rented a table and it was my birthday. It was great. The table was comfortable, the bar was easily accessible, the staff was friendly, the prices were reasonable, and bands were excellent. I look forward to returning for future shows. We love the small theatre experience. There are nearby parking lots.

Need some thing awesome to do on a Tuesday night in Holland, Michigan? Then check out open mic night at Park Theatre. You will find a super cool, laid-back, and diverse crowd- different from any other venue in Holland. Such a fun time and such talented performers.

Update Nov 2024: if you haven’t checked out Open Mic Tuesday- you should!!! And no, you do not need to get on stage- unless you want to!

Went to a live mic night here! Many first timers on stage, and they all were such awesome performers. This was so great because of the awesome environment and many genres / styles of performances. You'll find a welcoming owner and hostesses, bartenders and staff. There was a cool setup table for a local non-profit type of mental health awareness group even! Nothing beats the power of music and community.

Park Theatre is a fun venue with a variety of great entertainment. I love that there is a "dance floor" between the seating and the stage, I like to experience the bands from there. Drinks are reasonably priced, parking is extremely convenient. Always great time!
