I have been trying to find a new groomer for my 3 year old yorkie, Noah. I had been taking him to PetSmart every 4 weeks since he was 3mos old.I started with one groomer in Schererville and tried four different groomers over the last year in Merrillville. The groomers in Merrillville did not cut Noah as well ias the Schererville groomer but I
needed to be closer to home. Last month Noah went to the groomer and came home looking like he hadn't been groomed at all. I decided that I needed a new groomer. I was driving down US 30 and saw Pawer Pup. I looked at the reviews on Google and Facebook. Everyone was so positive that I booked an appointment. However, as the time for his appointment neared, I got nervous and canceled. Noah is only 3 1/2 pounds. He had already been to five groomers in 3 years and I was afraid that his anxiety would increase.

I found myself returning to Pawer pups page over and over. I woke up today and decided that I would just stop by to see if they could take Noah as a walk in. Brittany was very pleasant. She listened as I explained my concerns. She told me that they didn't take walk ins on Friday and Saturday because they were heavily booked. I asked her to hold Noah so that I could see how he reacted to her. I could tell that she was caring when she responded that she would try to fit him In but he would most likely be there until closing. I left Noah and received a call that he would be ready at 4:30.

I am so happy with the results. I will be booking his next appointment in 4 weeks. I found Noah's groomer.

Took my 2 maltipoos in to get the full bath/groom. The team did great. Super friendly staff, easy booking, and I got exactly what I wanted. Plus they smell so nice. Will definitely be returning.

Always friendly and always takes my little dog in right away to clip his nails. He's never cried or been clipped too short, they take really good care when clipping nails here. I am a repeat customer for that reason alone.

I took my chihuahua there for the “quick bath” and I was SO happy with the service. Everyone was so friendly and gentle with him even though he’s anxious. When I picked him up he was smiling, happy and calm. He smelt sooooooo good and even got a cute bandana!

My pup got the best haircut he's had ever, no joke! He was super happy and didn't want to leave when I picked him up. The staff is super friendly. Great selection of high end healthy food toppings to. I'll never go to pet smart again
