Attended my husband's graduation at this location. Beautiful art display, nice seating. Lovely, quaint and intimate setting. On the small side. Main color scheme is baby pink, white and maroon. Odd but actually pleasing.

This is a nice medium sized theater. The sound and lighting are good. The seating is a little dated but still comfortable. The only complaint is not enough restrooms.

Favorite venue I've ever been to for local/college productions. You can tell there's a lot of history in there that's tastefully kept up with. Have never had a bad experience in there.

My sons and I caught an early matinee of Gainesville Ballet's Peter Pan. We were seated in the stage right box at stage level and were very pleased. I've been watching plays, concerts and ballet performance in this venue for 25 years and have sat in every quarter on the main level and upper level and can tell you that there's no poor seat in the whole house. The seats are comfortable, to here's always parking to be had along the street, though you may have to walk a block at peak times. The auditorium is gorgeous with original stained glass and a marvelous, depiction painting across the ceiling. I've never had a bad experience at this auditorium and would recommend seeing anything that's of interest here. Lush and beautiful, it's a great place!

I love going to places here put on by the Gainesville Theater Alliance every year they do a Wonderquest play, which is an hour long to accommodate the short attention span of children. Today, we had the pleasure of seeing The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe
Fantastic performance in a wonderful historic theater. The leg room is better downstairs. The balcony is tough for me since I am 6 ft tall.
