My babies had so much fun! Will definitely be coming back. The park is clean and the person who attended us in the beginning was so nice as well. I do think that some sort of AC type small gate house should be installed because the person who worked there had to be in his car with it on for what I’m guessing was over 4 hours and gas isn’t cheap. Will definitely be coming back.

What an amazing place. After very short notice and an error on my part they were still able to get Fiona and myself private play time. The place is very well kept and clean. Definitely worth going wish I lived here so I could go more often.

We enjoyed 2 hours with another couple here. Our 4 Australian Sheppards had a blast running in the water and all around the grounds. Area is well fenced and there were no areas that we saw as a concern for the dogs to explore. We had the entire area to ourselves, which added to the fun. We will definitely be back.

I previously read reviews of performance pups inc. and saw a complaint posted of Sally who had sold twice the same private session to two parties. When the issue was brought to her, she was rude and demanded that the original customer needed to give up their second hour to the person who booked the same time slot later. The first party had planned to celebrate their pup's birthday with friends for 2 hours. Cutting the time paid for was not fair nor feasible.

While we usually ignore bad reviews, we have since experienced the same horrible customer service by Sally who is behind the performance pups inc. She clearly doesn't care for customers point of view and only seems to care for profits. Not a good business plan long term, reputation goes before name.

Obviously we are taking our dollars elsewhere. Thankfully we have more choices in this area to take our pups to enjoy water activities with their pup friends.

Definitely NOT recommending this place as long as Sally is bringing the place down. Sorry.

IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE, NOTHING WILL BE DONE. A wonderful park but try buying an online ticket and you will be frustrated. The ONLINE TICKET SYSTEM IS TERRIBLE AND DOES NOT WORK INTUITIVELY. IT WILL PREVENT YOU FROM ATTENDING SO DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! The park is an administrative nightmare!!! Do not go!!!

Awesome park, clean all around, there is always someone watching over the park to keep people's less friendly dogs in check. You can go in the water with your dog with water up to your chest.
The lake's water is cleaned every other week, they test for harmful bacterias, and have sonar to detect Gators.
It's really an awesome park if your dog is an avid swimmer.
The ground area isn't all that big but it's not the intent of that park anyway.
There is a small fee (as to be expected for how they upkeep this park) of $5 for each dog, or $7 if you use the pier area for your dog to jump from.
Definitely a must visit park during the summer when the water warms up.
