Great service and happy doggie! ? I was on a hunt to find a local groomer after moving from SD. They did such a great job with my Basil. ? she came out happy and looked great! The customer service was awesome. Very nice and pleasant staff. Highly recommend.

They do a good job, they’re always friendly. Once I caught one of the groomers singing to my baby when he was crying. Price is fair. I only go to them now.

I just found Lola’s new groomer!
I had a fantastic new client experience. Many positive things: fairly priced, clean facilities, excellent customer service, and most importantly, they CARE.

My 12 yr old Lola is a very anxious dog and has sensitivity around her snout. As soon as I shared those details, Gina , immediately communicated with the groomer. After requesting a particular cut, the groomer came out to talk to me directly about expectations and the best course of action for Lola given the condition of her fur.

I loved the final result! Definitely bringing Lola back.

This place was absolutely fantastic, I have been to 2 other groomers for my Persian cat. They definitely did a way better job. They were very patience and professional with my cat, also very informative with what I was doing wrong and how to help keep up the maintenance a Persian cat needs. The hair cut done was absolutely Stunning, he usually looks so ragged but this made him handsome! My cat came home nice and calm and ready for a nap, from experience with other groomers this is the most comfortable and happy he has ever been. I really recommend this place they explain everything with the most up right professionalism and are very friendly. I really would love to thank the staff again, I can’t thank them enough! I will definitely be back in the future!

Took my service dog there yesterday for service and explicitly explained to the guy what I wanted them to do. I told him that I did not want her tail to be touched cause it is like a beautiful flower and he told me no problem. When I went to pick her up they had hacked off just about her complete tail. Then tried to explain it off by saying it will grow back. He did not even offer a solution for doing what I asked him not to do. Since this is how you treat customers for the high prices you charge I will not be bringing any of my dogs back and will continue to make sure that none of my friends bring their dogs to your shop. This place use to be Bow Wow Bathhouse before Dale sold it and retired from the business. We are truly disappointed

We are thrilled with the care they provided our German shepherd Sonic. He is not used to being away from us at all. He stayed there 11 days and got a bath before he came home.We were very concerned he was going to have serious issues but to our surprise and delight Neval and his amazing staff took incredible care of our boy. We are still trying to process how Sonic did so well. Thank so much for your amazing care and compassion. We are committed to using this facility now for every trip we plan. We highly recommend pet house and spa for both boarding and grooming. Amazing people!!!
