Dr. Pappas is excellent, and staff are helpful. Make an effort to get my animals in quickly for sick visits. My animals have always gotten good care here, and prices are reasonable for veterinarian services. I've taken my animals here for quite a long time.

Dr. Pappas is so compassionate and they staff is excellent!

They have a few very sweet kitties who just kinda hang out on the desks and will come say hi to your pup in the waiting room if they feel your pup is chill enough. Very cute!

10/10 would recommend.

They are also very cool about popping in for a quick allergy shot and not having book a lengthy appointment for such a quick exchange. Just make sure you coordinate with them and pop in on non surgery days to make it easier for everyone!

I used Dr. P for almost 2 years until she started allowing the Office Manager, Maureen her gate keeper. Maureen is rude and dishonest. She abruptly canceled all 5 of my dogs heartworm meds on a Friday afternoon saying I had to have them all tested again or it will kill my dogs. My dogs have received heartworm meds continuously for over a year which does not need a test. Maureen then refused to allow me to talk to Dr. P so we have moved on to a much better service. One of the Vet Techs in my new Vets office used to work for Dr. P and is not a huge fan. Tech stated that most surgeries there are far from sterile and further states that changes in Dr. P and her practice made a move from there necessary. I had a mistaken impression of Dr.P and her character. I found her initially to be kind and caring but that is a very thin veneer because she is now bitter, dismissive and rude. Most of the other Staff is awesome and I would keep a resume circulating because Maureen will eventually kick the wheels off her program.

I would like to give this place no stars if I could. My parents have gone here since moving here in 92 when Dr Long owned it. My animals have been patients for 10 years, I am not brand new, I have recommended this place to so many but never again after today. My cat is sick and needed to be seen, I called yesterday and was scheduled for today for my cat who is bleeding to be seen. Exactly 1 hour before my appointment the girl who scheduled me yesterday called to tell me they will no longer see my animals due to a note in my file left by the Office Manager when she failed to send my dogs records to a new vet that required them for their initial visit when I gave her a whole month to do it she never did because she didn't care since I was moving my 2 dogs, I never took my cats out of their care. I expressed my frustration about her not sending those files for a whole month, and she quietly put in my notes on my file to refuse to see my animals ever again. But I was LIED to by the girl today, and told it was because I moved my 2 dogs to a new vet it did not make sense to me. When my fiance called, the same girl I spoke to yesterday, that canceled me today told him it was due to a note about a phone call I had with the Office Manager. My cat could possibly pass away, and the best the girl on the phone could do that told me she is new is offer to move my records to the vet my dogs go to that specialize in Bulldog breeds which is why I moved them. I could have made an appointment at the vet my dogs go to for my cat, but instead she wasted my time from yesterday all the way til today when my cat is not well at all and needs to be seen immediately. So be sure you are super nice to the Office Manager there, or she will ban your animals from being seen like it is some exclusive night club where she takes criticism personally as an Office manager and not a veterinary office that is supposed to see sick animals when they need to be seen. They rather play games 1 hour til my appointment time. The Office Manager should know the clients who bring their animals there are why she has a job, and a paycheck.

Update: My cat died the following day in my backseat waiting to be seen at Four Paws. He began coughing blood up that morning. Thank you Pet Medical Center. It has been 9 months, and it replays over and over in my head, I am so heartbroken. All I can do now is talk to him where he is buried. My heart is forever broken. It was a urinary blockage he passed away from, he suffered an extra day that he did not need to. I cry every day still. I will never forgive them or myself for this.

I found out in hindsight how one bad apple can ruin things.
I have been with Dr. P for almost 2 years and it has been pretty decent until I encountered the real nature of the beast, Maureen! Her rude ways and dishonesty forced me to take my six animals elsewhere. Maureen took it upon herself to stop my dogs heartworm meds because she stated that my dogs all needed to be tested again and she nor Dr. P would allow any more meds. I had my dogs tested initially and there has been no break in treatment but still Maureen said no meds. I was forced to find another Vet on a Friday afternoon to prescribe the needed meds. I have asked Dr. P to call but she ignores my request which is not her character at all. The staff seems to tolerate Maureen as she feels comfortable being dishonest and rude. Maureen and her toxicity forced our departure. Great first impression but boil the fat from this bone and you get unadulterated greed and lousy customer service. I thought this business was different but I was sadly mistaken.

They were great working with us to get our babies flea and tick stuff. Went back to get some more for another family pupper and they were awesome in getting that for us to. On short notice as well.

My dog had a malignant tumor on back leg, so had to be put down. The staff, vet were very caring and sympathetic to me during this difficult time and honored my last requests. I can't say enough nice things about this vet, staff....very professional, helpful!!!!! Sometimes have to wait to be seen, but it is worth the wait. Looking for a vet, definitely try this one!
