I highly recommend this place for boarding your fur baby! I've been bringing my dog here for over 2 years and they always take great care of her. I appreciate the daily picture updates, it makes being away from her much easier knowing she's in good hands.

We’ve been coming here for a few years to get our pomsky groomed - consistently booking monthly appointments. This is the second year that we book an appointment, show up, and get asked if I have updated vaccine records. If I do not, our dog can’t get groomed. This is the second year I ask, ‘do you not see this when you book my appointment?’ According to the front desk, they ‘always’ override the notification that vaccines are expired when booking an appointment because ‘we assume the client will bring them at check-in’. And again, I ask, ‘well do you notify the client? Because no one told me..’ If my dog was going to miss his grooming appointment because of that, I would’ve ensured I booked a vet appointment prior to his session. His groomer was amazing, but I can’t with managements lack of consideration for their clients time. Most of us have to arrange our work schedules to accommodate for these appointments. This lack of communication is unacceptable. Hope you make some changes internally so you don’t lose more clients.

I felt this location was convenient since it was near the airport. They are quite affordable and most of the dogs seem fairly happy there.
I checked the cameras multiple times throughout the day and didn’t see any play time happening. I wish they explained the daily schedule and what services you can add to make your dog’s stay even more enjoyable. The people at the front desk were nice, but you can tell they are not informative at all.
Also, my dog seems to have some skin irritation and he smelled like urine when I picked him up. Pet Paradise please start paying people more , so they can truly care and tend to people’s dog appropriately.

My pet occasionally goes to day camp at the Airport location of Pet Paradise. He absolutely loves it. On Wednesday following the crowd he jumped in the pool. I don’t like to pick him up wet. Not only did they tell me that he’d jumped in the pool but they offered to blow him dry. I just appreciate them offering this service. Great job communicating. I love the cameras although I wasn’t watching when he jumped in. Thank you guys!

1. Take heed to the documented injured pets while in Pet Paradise’s care. My puppy was also injured!
2. Upon pick up and drop off I noticed the stench of animal urine.
3. I called daily to assess how my puppy was adjusting. No one knew when individual play time was scheduled for my puppy. However, individual playtime “allegedly” occurred daily at exactly 3:35 PM each day with the same person— according to my invoice.
4. Around day 2— I received a call that my puppy had been injured. Bursted blood vessel in the eye. Staff or the cameras were unable to determine what happened.
5. I cut my vacation short and picked up my puppy ahead of schedule. Upon pick up I also noticed skin irritation and mated fur under chin.
6. I will never use Pet Paradise again and will encourage others to find better pet care alternatives.
7. This place obviously has some internal issues that place pets at risk!
8. This is one of the worst pet care experiences I have ever had and I can ONLY imagine what my puppy endured.

Disappointed. We kenneled our two dogs there for 2 nights, 12/24 and 12/25. I put their food in individual bags, each labeled AM and PM for each dog. When I picked them up today, 4 of the 8 bags of food went unused and when I asked for an explanation, they couldn't tell me. Then they said they'd research it and call me back. Of course nobody has called. We will NOT be using them again!

My girlfriend and I brought our small 4lb puppy in for a grooming appointment at 10am. When we got there, on Time, we were told the groomer wasn't even there yet. So why have us schedule an appointment at 10am if the groomer wasn't there Anyways, 2 hours and 30 minutes later after running errands in the area, we call in to see if our dog has finished their puppy trim just to call in and find out the groomer JUST GOT IN TO THE BUILDING. Our other plans at 1:30 had to be cancelled since we didn't want our pup to stay long and so we wouldn't have to pay a day camp fee to keep him there in the meantime. We brought our dog in at 10am, just for him to be done with a puppy trim at 3:30pm. Maybe next Time the groomer can get a tip when they show up to the appointment on Time. We will not be back ?✌?

If I could give this facility 0 stars I would. I dropped my dog Remy off at this facility for boarding over Christmas so that I could fly home and spend the holiday with my family. The first day after I dropped him off, I got a call that he had been attacked by another dog during group play. They called ASKING if he should be seen by a vet for MULTIPLE puncture wounds. If a dog needs veterinary care while under their watch, especially puncture wounds, there should be no question that the animals health take top priority, and be taken to the emergency vet if needed. My dog ended up needing multiple sutures and a drain placed in his ear. I had to switch my flight last minute and flew back to Atlanta to pick him up on Christmas Eve morning, missing Christmas with my family. When I picked Remy up, he was in AWFUL shape. The drain in his ear was not being cleaned as instructed, he was in a cone so the fluid buildup from his ear was draining and catching in the cone, open for infection to form. They charged me full price for both nights they kept him, so I was paying for their negligence while my dog got attacked. When I took Remy outside to get in the car, he peed all over the place as if he hadn’t been let out since I dropped him off. Bottom line is, he was injured and neglected by Pet Paradise. I understand places are over capacity and understaffed, but if they can’t handle the dogs they are boarding or staff appropriately, they shouldn’t have such large groups out together. My primary vet called Pet Paradise and they would give no information on rabies registration for the dog that attacked Remy. I was told by one manager when I picked him up that the other dog would not be allowed back, and then days later I was told the other dog was actually allowed back and he just got a “note on his profile”. This place will not prioritize the safety of your pet. They are worried about their profits, I paid over $50 a night, changed flights, etc. for them to not take an ounce of care of my dog. This was not my first experience boarding my dog. I am well aware of the kind of care animals can get, and this place isn’t worth the money they charge, or potentially risking your animal’s life.
* editing after Pet Paradise response and after they REMOVED my negative review*
I reported this issue to Pet Paradise during the incident and shortly after, when I was getting no help from the Atlanta location. I was assured by a member of their corporate staff via phone call that it would be escalated and someone would reach out to me. A month later that has not happened. No amends to be made at this point. But I’d caution any other pet owners against taking their animals here.
