ella es excelente medico pero muy ruda hoy fui y me dijo que no hay cupo pero tomo la que estaba detras de mi que tenia 4 gatos he ido varias veces y en una ocasion me hizo ir 3 veces con el cuento que no hay cupo y he estado alli desde antes de las 8

Honestly with the mixed reviews, I was a bit nervous about sending my cat to get neutered. However, I did so because I noticed none of the negative reviews reviewed badly because of the service rendered, but maybe because of the strict rules or “attitude” of the staff. The thing is, this is a non profit organization providing veterinary services for cheap. You’re not going to find a waiting room or an office full of people to tend to your needs. You go there, drop off your pet, and pick them up when they’re ready. My cat had his procedure on Thursday and the very next day was back to his normal self. The vet knows what she’s doing. Just trust them. After the procedure, I had a few questions, and the vet told me to refer back to the discharge paper for everything. Would I have liked to have the chance to ask the vet and have that face to face conversation? Yes, but I know how much I paid and how much she could have charged if she wanted to make more money, so who cares? If I wanted that special treatment, I could have taken him somewhere else and spent hundreds. Fact of the matter is, the service was rendered and done well. My cat is neutered and doesn’t seem to be in any kind of pain. Just read the rules on the website and make sure you follow the instructions carefully and everything will be okay. I’m so thankful that there is a place like PPC in our area that makes neutering/spaying more accessible for people.

My daughter and I are working to TNR a community of cats on our street totaling 27, at the moment. So far, we have taken 14 feral cats to Dr. K, and we have had no complications. We are very, very grateful that she provides this necessary and affordable service! The feral cats are so much better off after the surgery because the girls are not constantly pregnant and undernourished, and the boys aren't at the mercy of their hormones, roaming and fighting. They begin to put on weight and live healthier, safer lives after the surgery. She provides a great deal of detailed information on her website covering the rules, restrictions, and requirements for traps, age of cat, etc. I encourage you to read them carefully and MORE THAN ONCE! Following the rules to the letter will make your experience smooth. Dr. K can be strict with people when it comes to trap size, and I've seen a few people get irritated or even angry for their own failure to follow the rules. While this is frustrating for the trapper if you're new to this and didn't comply with the instructions, there is a reason for the rules. She has limited space in the mobile unit and limited time for intake each morning, so the only way to keep things efficient and moving for everyone is to adhere to the rules. Once we got the correct traps, it has been a breeze! We are so happy to have found Dr. K and appreciate very much the service she provides!!!
