The one staff member I spoke with was very nice and let me take my dog back to his cage and the entire cage floor was soaking wet from being cleaned I suppose. I gave her instructions for his dry and canned food and left just enough cans for the 4 days and two cups extra of dry food and when I picked him up about half his dry food was left and one whole can, so he obviously didn’t get fed a day or two or not as much as directed each day….unacceptable! Also, he is a black and white husky and clean when I left him but when we got him back his legs were brownish(I assume from the water in the cage) and he absolutely stunk!!! Never again…never.

Our puppy loved staying here! Conveniently located right off the freeway, we got to visit here frequently which was nice! The ladies took great care of our puppy that we just got. When we go back to Florida in March we will have them watch our other puppy too! Highly recommend as they are attached to a vet clinic that is also awesome to work with 🙂

Good luck getting this place to answer your calls. It's ridiculous. You basically have to call the vet next door and force them to tell them to pick up the phone. The people who work at the pet resort are very sweet and always nice to us, but not answering the phone is a huge issue. I will gladly remove this review if they improve. Hire more people or keep a phone on you.

I came down with my dog Remi from Grand Rapids Michigan ,and she does not like people until she warms up to them , I warned them ahead of time and April feed her with no problem gave her pills no problem it is like she sensed no fear I was very happy also they let me come and visit , they had everything under control, I can't wait to go next year , I will use them again Thanks again Christopher

They are excellent with the animals and my pup enjoying going there when I have to go out of town and cannot take him. They take great care of him.
