I had my doodle in daycare for 8 months in Brownsburg and I found out they had been kenneling her without telling me. I was told she didn’t behave so they had no choice. If my dog did not behave they should have told me they were kenneling her and given me the choice of whether or not to continue taking her there. So for 8 months they took my money and stuck her in a cage instead of letting her play with the other dogs. I would have saved my money and kept her at home. It was dishonest and they cheated me. Do not trust them with your dog!! Who knows what goes in when we’re not around. They should not be trusted with our fur babies.

Jaycee does a great job for our pups each week for grooming (and is super budget-friendly!). We’ve also boarded at the Danville and Brownsburg locations and have had great experiences (for our pups and cats!).

Had been going to the Brownsburg location for 8 years. This was the only place my dog knew. The last grooming experience was less than pleasant due to the rude girl behind the counter. And when I stood up for myself, they banned me from ever coming there again. Was told I would be contacted by management when I tried to make an appointment and was told I was banned and still haven’t heard from anyone. Also sent an email and haven’t received a response either. That was 3 weeks ago. I can’t believe that they won’t even get the customers side to the story. I do not recommend going there if you don’t want to be disrespected.
