First visit here and I was extremely pleased. My husband and I had adopted a four month old puppy mill retriever mix a few months ago. The woman who checked us in gave our Poppy an entire room of her own as she felt a cage might be too stressful for a pup who had spent her first four months caged. The groomer was extremely patient and gentle with Poppy, slowly introducing her to the noises and feel of clippers. I was completely happy with their care, grooming, and the price. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and I would recommend them very highly!

Place is a fly by night they groomed my dog forgot to brush his teeth, he felt a little warm when he came out plus his tale was cut very short and looked like it was dried to long I usually don't come here but my original place has no available. Staff is very unfriendly not welcoming at all. Just to let you know, they also tell you if your dog is not picked up within 30 minutes they will board the dog. I never seen a place like this. Don't go here

My experience was not completely pleasant in my first time and last !
My 2 dogs was groomed and one of them get out with a lot of loose hair like not clean before the hair cut. You only have 30 minutes after the call is ready to pickup if not is $10 every 30 minutes extra and you don’t know at what hour they finish with your dog!!!
I understand the extra charge for late pickup but 30 minutes, come on !!! No blowing air to the dog for the loose hair before picking… what ! and you need the customers come back treat good and watch your comments for other nationalities.
