The employees are so helpful and very knowledgeable about the animals they care for. The person who helped me explained the pros and cons of various things I needed for my terrarium, and gave me an in depth explanation of how to care for my animals. It's nice to see a place that cares for animal (and insect) welfare, instead of just seeing them as products to sell

We had a fantastic experience here yesterday buying my son his very first bearded dragon for his birthday. The lady who helped us was kind, friendly, and extremely helpful during the whole process, making sure we had everything we needed and that we were properly prepared without rushing us. The store smelled surprisingly fresh for housing so many reptile and fish tanks, and it had a great variety of animal products and accessories at fair prices. It was definitely worth the 2 hour trip to get there.

Pets on Broadway is a fantastic pet shop! They have a wide selection of cat food, toys, and trees! We bought two cat trees here on Labor Day. One little one for my guest room (they have to be cozy everywhere!) and a giant cat tree meant for Maine Coons. We bought it for my Mom's cat who weighs 16-17lbs. Her fat cat cannot knock this tree over going buck wild with zoomies! A worker helped us disassemble a floor model and put it in our car. The employees are ALWAYS this amazing! Please shop here, and support our local pet stores.

Love this store, overall. I only ever end up here for reptile or fish supplies, though. I have had many struggles finding the reptile lighting I need without having to get staff to order it for me. If that's something you need, I recommend calling before going to make sure what you need is in stock so you don’t waste a trip. Otherwise, it's a pretty great store.

Very thankful for the experience I’ve had here. You can tell the employees are passionate about animals and more than happy to help with information and decision-making: I took in a ball python that was being rehomed and came here and said “explain it to me like I’m 4” and got lots of good information. She is so happy in her new set up and I’ll be happy to make the drive from SE for the needs of all my pets ❤️
