I’ve been bringing my dog here for a few years. It’s pretty easy to get in to see a vet for emergency issues or illnesses that come up when you can’t plan to have an appt. The front staff is hit or miss on the level of competence. Some days they’re really on it and others you can’t seem to make them understand the problem. My dog hasn’t eaten for 3 days. I finally went to the emergency vet last night for that and her diarrhea to get treatment. I paid a lot for an appetite stimulant which the regular vet should have thought to give her. The real issue though is lack of continuity of care. You’ll rarely see the same vet twice so when your dog (or other pet) is sick you won’t be able to get consistent care from one vet. I’m not sure that this is the best fit for me and my dog anymore. I think it’s something to consider when you are selecting your vet. They have a lot of cards in the front with many vets information, but they don’t ever seem to be in the clinic. Or at least not regularly.

I stopped going to VCA and brought my cat here for a dematting/grooming procedure, 3 year rabies vaccine and a physical. VCA quoted me a fee over $700 and they even don't groom, only nail trimming. I paid less than $350 and that included the sedation for the procedure, the rabies shot the office visit and I assume a doctor's fee! Most important... My cat did not have a lethargic mood and wobbly drunken walk with the sedation that was used, he was perfectly fine.

Everyone is so helpful at Pets on Broadway from the time you call to make an appointment to seeing one of the best Vets I’ve ever had the pleasure of bringing our kitties to, Dr. Wahl. He is so kind and compassionate and real and helpful and honest and all around a terrific doc. I highly recommend him! Thank you Pets on Broadway.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Pets on Broadway!! So impressed with my first visit. Staff is friendly and truly caring and the prices are very affordable. They have good apt availability (I called on a Saturday and was able to get one that Wednesday). I took my 4yo husky mix girl in for a full grooming and could not be happier with the results. They were all very understanding of my pup's needs - she's extremely resistant to grooming and was very matted, so they used a comfort pack and some sedation on her this first time, and want to work with her over the next few groomings to lower and eliminate the sedation. The groomer Megan is an absolute miracle worker and I cannot thank her enough!!!!!!! I'm overjoyed and I know my pup is much happier and more comfortable. I will be transferring all of my pets over to Pets on Broadway!

I was referred here and have found our new doctors and staff extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and helpful. While my dog's diagnosis was not good, they have been there for us and checked in on us, made us feel as safe as we can right now. I'll definitely be transferring my cat's care here as well. Prices are great, especially considering the level of care, speed and attention we've received at this awful time.

Dr. Makowski is phenomenal. She takes the time to explain why testing is necessary, what it will show, and has been nothing but kind and compassionate. She also takes care to be financially conscious and will help you keep the costs down. Hands down best vet I’ve ever been to, will absolutely keep going here and I recommend this place to everyone. Front desk staff is also incredibly kind and patient. Pets on Broadway is amazing and I cannot speak enough praises 🙂 Gretel loves y’all!
