This troll was very easy to get to from the ferry. We drove, but it would be easy enough to walk there from the ferry terminal. This was one of our favorite trolls, and it was in a small park. it’s also close to the downtown part of Bainbridge Island.

The craftsmanship is great. Definitely a fun thing to do with the family and maybe ur family dog (if ur a responsible pet owner that picks up after ur pet). However the ferry ride was expensive $30 for 2 people over to Bainbridge and daunting ride (running late ferry an hour past schedule). The grounds in front of Pia were severely muddy. Wait for more sunny & dry weather. Not really wheelchair accessible in the conditions when I saw it.

The fifth of the six NW Trolls that we have visited. Pia is the most "modest". She sits peacefully in the park and you can even see her backside from the road. The surrounding park is a simple area with some trails and tennis/pickleball courts nearby. There is some current construction going on so it's a little muddy. Peaceful and welcoming troll!

Oh Pia. I do love you! Pia the Peacekeeper is a wonderful addition to our community. People should be aware that it’s quite a walk from the ferry, but it’s often done by hikers, families and bikers. You can do it! Pia is located within Sakai Park.

A beautiful and fun hike through Sakai park can be accessed at the corner of High School Rd and 305. It’s worth it, has some steeper incline midway.

There is very limited parking on Pia’s side of the park.

The location of Pia happens to be across from a delightful aquatic center. Epic slide and beach front wading for families on weekends here! Check their schedule online. You could really wear the kids out and they will be asleep for the ride home.

Remember to pack water and leave no trace in our beautiful parks and trails here. The island loves hosting Pia!

Wonderful place to visit. You can walk from ferry, there is a shortcut through Sakai Park so you avoid traffic. 1.5 mi each way.

Pia is certainly peaceful ☮️ Amazing work again!! Super easy access but lots of road construction and lots of dust, park across the street at the school. One more to go on our NW Troll journey

I highly recommended going on a Troll hunt to see all 6 (1 in Portland) and 5 (PNW areas).
