We came by Prodigal Son to pick up Mr. Wonderful’s race packet. Once we entered, we knew we’d be enjoying their food offerings. Spacious, welcoming environment - well lit and clean.

Ella was our waitress and just by watching- we noticed she was taking care of the entire restaurant! She was friendly and efficient.

Mr. wonderful. ordered the Pit Boss and it was cooked perfection. I had a patty melt, and it was equally as good. The sweet potato fries are what did it for me, they were perfect!

We also wanted to give a shout out to Reannah who was very detail oriented in handling the entire bar area by herself - with so many beer orders!
Great job ladies, you do this business proud!

We will be racing up here again next year & plan on stopping at this establishment…. once again.

Drinks were excellent, and the food was delicious as always. The dipping sauce for the curds was on point, pairing well with the curds, and the jalapeño poppers were unique and tasty, made with a red jalapeño. Not shown were the Pit Boss burger, Fish and Chips, and The Countess sandwich, which were delicious as well. If you haven't been, you must. Well worth the wait for your food!

Cool bar and restaurant. Had a yummy nacho and Fatted Calf Stout was creamy and delicious. Service was awesome. I love a place that is popular with the locals but also takes care of people just passing through.

What a cool spot! Always know the foods is going to be great when malt vinegar is at the table. Hand cut fries and a rue an. So good! The wings were great and even the veggie burger was good.

I would give Prodigal Son 5 stars but I purchased a pint for my grandad during round up and they put his name on the chalkboard but his name was erased before he claimed the pint. Wish I was told there was a time limit to claim the beer before they erase the name. As cute as it is to purchase someone a pint I don’t suggest doing so, stick to a gift card.

With that said though, I always have a really great time when I visit. The food is always delicious and their huckleberry wheat is by far one of my favorite beers. This weekend I also had their pineapple kettle sour which was so good as well. Prodigal son is definitely a favorite of my family’s and we look forward to dining here more.

Great selection of burgers, sandwiches and salads, and locally brewed beer. My husband loved his Mac & Cheese with barbeque brisket.
