I usually wont leave reviews but after my call today I am really sad with their service. HIGHLY disappointed in 2025. When I first took my dog the service was great, he got vaccinated and it was quick, the vets were amazing and the price was right! I called them today to schedule an appointment as my dog was urinating blood and I unfortunately spoke with ROY. Before I could even finish explaining how my dog was doing, he interrupted me to ask if my dog was a patient. I said no - before I could even finish again he interrupted me to say “Well if he isn't a patient here we can't help you go somewhere else” I said well he has been seen there before how rude to say, and he says well if he wasn't vaccinated here we can't help him go wherever you got his shots. I told him he did receive shots at this office then he said “if it was 3 years we can't help you” and hung up. How can you hear about a sick dog and not even ask questions or help!? Like EVERY OTHER VET DOES, even the front desk receptionist who does not have as much knowledge as the doctors will still show empathy compassion, and RESPECT. I called back to let Roy know he received vaccines at this office and wanted to ask if he could look him up in the system (other vets do this, which is why I asked). This time he didn't even say hello, just answered the phone. I have never been spoken to like this, I felt like I was arguing with a sibling! Highly dissatisfied with this service I almost can't believe there is someone with this nasty ugly attitude working with those poor babies or even answering a phone period. I WILL NEVER consider coming here again and I will be sure the people know about this unacceptable inconsiderate service. How can we trust you with our dogs if you have a disgusting “we can't help you attitude” on the phone

Never a long wait, and the people are kind. The prices are very reasonable compared to other dog clinics. Bella has been a patient since she was a 12 weeks old.

I have been coming here for 7 years with one of my dogs and 2 years with the other for vaccines & heartworm testing. I get both dogs distemper, bordetella, rabies, and distemper shots plus heartworm testing and prevent for a total of $125 each or $250 for both. Best pricing around. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I love than they accept walk-ins.

Very affordable and friendly place to take your pet for vaccines and general health checks! Will be back whenever the pup needs them. Please note, because of their affordable price, they can be busy at times, so be prepared to wait. But well worth the wait!

Blue Pearl diagnosed our 12 week old puppy with a Prolapsed Rectum and said she needed emergency surgery. Cost would be around 2 to 3,000 dollars. I brought her home and she passed whatever was stuck in her. I brought her to Project Hope, they took very good care of her. Said it was not a Prolapsed Rectum and she didn't need surgery. She most likely ate something and it had to pass. I definitely recommend Project Hope.
