I love this place! They did such a great job grooming my cavalier puppy, Sadie. They have a very cute salon and the staff were professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and I have complete confidence in their knowledge and skill. I felt like they took great care of my puppy and treated her as an individual and addressed her specific needs. And as an unexpected bonus, I felt their prices were very reasonable. And the bandana was a really cute touch. I will absolutely be bringing my pup back to them 🙂 thank you pup parlor!

I had my mini goldendoodle groomed this week at The Pup Parlor. Amanda did an amazing job! The shop is quiet and calm - so much better for my dog! She was done in a reasonable amount of time and didn't have to spend 4 hours away from home. I highly recommend this groomer!

We love Pup Parlor. The staff are amazing and really care about the animals. We have two Shitzu-Bichon and one Shitzu. Age range is 1 year old, 7 year old mellow, our third one is 14 and has always had anxiety issues. The one with anxiety has come home with no problems and way more alert and normal.
They usually have all three done in two to three hours.
They also notice little things such as one of our get alergys and it creates little bumps by his eyes, they took the time to ask us about it. Truly amazing place.

I am SO happy that I have found Pup Parlor. I have been searching for a groomer that was in my price range and I didn't have to wait for a month or so to get an appointment with. I have a Golden doodle and he has now been to see Laura twice. I have never had such a good.cut! She listens to what you want and really does a fantastic job!

I walked into a new shop where the staff was happy to be there, and enjoyed what they are doing. A far grade above a chain groomer like petsmart, where the staff is just there to collect a paycheck. Price was a tad cheaper too. My pup looked great and he left with a smile too. Happy to have these guys in town.

A great small business is like to see stick around. They take great care of our anxious GSD mix when she goes in for a bath & nail trim. Process are competitive with what I paid at a chain groomer with our previous pup.

Got a great cut for our doodle. Slightly more affordable than some other places in the area and not nearly the wait time to get in. We were able to get an appointment within a week. Will definitely be making this our new groomer going forward.

TL;DR - Great place, will be back

Amanda was friendly and communicative. She needed to push our appointment back a day due to a Halloween injury but texted me to make rescheduling easy and convenient. The groom itself was quoted at 90 minutes but she was able to complete in 60, including the promotion where we got a free teeth cleaning for bringing in food for the food drive!

The place is laid out in such a way where the groomers have their own spaces to work so the dogs aren't exposed to other dogs or barking to make them more anxious. Only two or three dogs are able to be worked on at a time and they are also not allowed to run around the shop so it's a very non-chaotic environment for both pets and people.

Charles was a little unsure of it all at first but he came out a happy and handsome boy! He even jumped up on Amanda because they are now friends. His belly and sanitary areas are nicely groomed and she cleaned up his wild little mustache and grinch feet.
