Entire staff was very nice. I came in looking for a cava. Poo ended up getting a buy Sean poo regular price was almost 3700. It was on sale for 999 and I got the dog for 400. Very grateful very clean space all the dogs are very clean they I watched them do playtime. They also cleaned the dog up for me and great staff.

Scam. Sure, they lied about the breed we were getting. Gave us inaccurate descriptions of the breed’s characteristics, which is not the biggest deal because that’s research we needed to do on our end. One lie told, to be specific, is his size, he definitely grew larger than what we were told he would be. Moreover, I did not really believe them on that to begin with. However, the real issue is the payment plan and uneducated workers. The workers have no idea about dogs in general. To give the benefit of the doubt, at least the ones we dealt with, they were just talking out of their rears. Nonetheless, my biggest issue was the misinformation with our payment plan. After providing relentless information to the employees, I can’t access any information to the payments I have been making for a year now, nor the account. What the? That is weird, doesn’t make sense - sketchy. As I stated prior, I could mostly care less about their ignorance but the difficulty of accessing payment information is a serious red flag.
