I have been bringing my dog Moose here since about July of 2024. Now that he knows the routine he jumps up and down and gets super excited when I grab my keys and he's not in his kennel since he knows that’s doggie daycare time.
I started with a day of doggie daycare here and there as I could afford it as a first-year teacher not getting a paycheck until September. They were always so nice and he came home tired from a long day of playing. We now go every Monday and Friday. If Moose doesn't get to go one week due to some joint problem, life of a basset hound, he is crazy and a menace to society. The people at Raise Your Paws have always been super understanding and have worked with me when the vet said he needed time off. He gets his nails trimmed while at doggie daycare and they communicate what's going on with him, sometimes his legs are extra sensitive and they can't get them all done in one sitting. They are great about giving him breaks when needed and since we had to take a break to give his joints a rest we have been able to up how often we come with no issues! I get to see pictures throughout the day and he has a best friend and they get to play together all the time. Moose’s best friend owner and I were able to talk through the employees and now they get to go to daycare at the same time more often.
Moose has been boarded here when I have to be out of town or I have to be at the school until way late. They have always been amazing. I have seen some weekends there aren't any other dogs but I still get to see him out playing with the employee there.
In addition to all of that, they recently told me the rent out puzzle toys if I ever wanted to use one. They have made sure at every handover to double-check that nothing had changed and that I knew anything that happened that day. They also have been great about giving me some advice. As a first-time dog mom, my parents had dogs but I just played with them this is a whole new ballgame for me, they have been able to help me with where to take him for a vet visit, and he is developing some bad habits and they are working with me to help break them, and they do work on basic commands and will make sure they have a list of what words you uses to keep it consistent. I have LOVED bringing Moose and have suggested it to any of my friends who are getting a dog.

Today my dog Bubbles would have been 12 years old. She was the best dog I’ve ever had. I got her as a grad student at ESU from the Emporia Animal Shelter & Humane Society of the Flint Hills, and I lost her a few months ago to terribly aggressive cancer. Last week I received the kindest package from Raise Your Paws, and I want to dedicate this post to appreciating them.

Out of all the daycares I’ve ever taken her to, she was always happiest there. She always got excited and was eager to spend more time with the staff than the other dogs. 😅 They always took amazing care of her, and I’ll forever be grateful. When I let them know about her condition, they pampered her and gave her the best day ever on just a random Friday. Little did I know that would be the last time she would be there. Thank you to all of the staff from the bottom of my heart for making her feel loved, giving her all the treats, and for making it easy for me to rest assured she was in good hands when I dropped her off.

I've been bringing my Labrador retriever Archie to Raise Your Paws for about a year, and I have always been impressed by their level of care, attention and focus to each and every dog they are entrusted with.
Archie goes to daycare every Friday, and without fail, the dog handlers and customer service workers greet him with infectious energy. I have to be careful saying “daycare” around Archie, because it’s quickly become one of his favorite words.
Even as Archie has occasionally dealt with stomach and skin issues, the staff at Raise Your Paws have always noticed and let me know whenever they notice a potential issue, often before I notice anything myself. They were also keenly attuned to his dietary needs as I transitioned him out of eating lunch.
My experiences with Raise Your Paws have been nothing but positive. While I know that experiences can and often differ between people, I would encourage anyone who is interested in daycare, boarding and grooming to at least try Raise Your Paws, and I trust that they will find the same great experiences Archie and I have found.

I have experienced nothing but professionalism, transparency, customer service, and love since being a customer of RYP. RYP truly cares about your pet’s general well-being. Their prices are extremely comparable to other places, but their customer service and actual quality of care ‘hits it home’ for me. I have been a customer for over a year and a half and have never had any issues with anything. An app is required to make daycare appointments, and staff make sure your dog’s picture and ‘status’ get updated hourly (I know of no other daycare that does this.) so I always know where my dog is - and what he’s participating in. The facility is clean, and the services are unbeatable. They’ve even thrown my dog a party - and I don’t know many daycares that would throw dogs a party. If you’re stuck on the fence about choosing this place, this is the place - you will absolutely not regret the extreme transparency, customer service and quality these hard working folks provide.

My dog, Hank, LOVES Raise Your Paws and all the people working there. He is people-selective, so I would know if there was an issue with anyone mistreating him. He has been going at least once a week for over a year and is very excited to go! Hank has food allergies and they are very cognizant of his diet requests and have been careful with him when he has had injuries as well. They have kept him in small groups to rest when I have asked and they all certainly care for him. Hank has boarded for a night and was glad to be included in daycare before his night at the facility.

I am disheartened to see many people who do not use their services make accusations against people who deeply care for the dogs in their care.

I think her smile says it all!! They have the most friendly staff that really knows what they are doing. Her safety and happiness always comes first, and every time, she comes home with the biggest smile on her face! I absolutely could not recommend them more!!

My CiCi was dropped off at Raise Your Paws by her previous owners who no longer had time for her. They took the time to keep her boarded at their daycare until they could find her a new furever home, which ended up being my family. Since then, CiCi has gone to daycare several times, and we are always greeted with friendly staff! They love her like family!

Our pup appears to really enjoy himself when he goes there to play and learning to be socialable with other dogs.
He drags me in the door to get inside, doesn't even notice I leave and when he gets home after his play day he is pooped out! Which is amazing because he never slows down.
He is getting used to being in larger play groups with more dogs.
I love that they keep me updated with posts about how he is doing and how his day is going. I wish we could take him everyday!
