I have been renting units here for many years, but the unit I rented Unit 310 this time was horrible. The beds were very uncomfortable, I ended up sleeping on the couch the entire week. We had rented this unit many years ago and it was very nice and comfortable. The price we paid for this unit was way overpriced., nearly $3000 for this unit is not good. No washer & dryer, the vertical blinds are falling apart, the bathrooms are very uncomfortable and gets steamed up very easily, if I would have realized that there was no in unit washer & dryer, I would not have reserved this unit at all. There was no housekeeping service. I was very happy with my stays here until now & unfortunately, I may start looking around for next year.

WOW! I can't express what a great time we had at Ram Sea. We been coming here since Ram Sea 1 was built. Every year has been magical. The staff is wonderful, rooms are beautiful, and great location. This past week for the 4th was beyond expectations. We will continue to come here!!! Excellent!!

The location & views were worth every penny.
The rental was very spacious, with large patio doors facing the ocean that could be viewed when you walked in the main door.
The furniture and decor throughout worked very well with the beach front feel.
There were 3 large bedrooms with 4 large beds (2 beds in one room). Ideal for a large family or multiple couples.
Lovely sunset view to end each day!
Laundry in your rental, for convenience & saving on having to take extra clothing.

I didn't like the apartment. It needs renovation and I found it unkempt. For that price it should be in much better condition. My friends stayed in the building next door and everything was beautifully renovated. I did like the location. Thank you.

Stayed in Unit 412 for a week. It’s like a home away from home. Amazing views. Full kitchen and great living area when you are not on the beach. Definitely plan on staying here again.

ram sea unit 201 was remodeled recently and unit looked great. Plenty of kitchen items and great having washer and dryer in unit.
Our only complaint was master bedroom mattress was like a hammock, if this was replaced that would be great. We rebooked room already for next year. Great unit with 0nly 1 unit on side.
