GREAT EXPERIENCE & the NICEST STAFF!! We had a birthday party for our kiddo at the theater and it was fantastic! Good pricing, we also loved the party room. The staff was the most attentive, nicest group of people ever!! Great party idea for little kids, teenagers and adults as well.

If you want to guarantee your seat in the theater, you have to buy ahead on the website or app but then they charge you $2/ticket in convenience fees which I thought was absurd. They won't allow you to buy over the phone to avoid the fees, you have to go in person either ahead of time or risk not having the seats you want/need (we need the first rows because one member of our group can't climb the stairs).

It also would've been nice to know that there are different types of chairs in the theaters. We ended up buying tickets in the last row of the seats closest to the screen and they were your typical theater seats that fold up when you're not sitting in them but the rest of the theater had rocking seats that don't fold up. My kids kept getting folded up in thr seats, so lesson learned, we shouldn't buy those seats.

The theater itself was fine, relatively clean but nothing special. The screen had some marks on it that I could see even while the movie played so it was annoying to me but no one else in our group noticed.

Really? Are there still movie theaters like this? Why would I go to a movie theater and sit in uncomfortable seats when I can watch a movie from the comfort of my bed or couch in a few months? This was our first and last time here.

The floors were extremely sticky.
Seats were broken, and the material was deteriorating.
Neighboring auditorium bass sound frequently disrupted our auditorium.
The sound system was noticeably underpowered, masking dialogue and failing to present large audio moments.
The projector smeared motion.

Decent cinema, but outdated and way overpriced. A bottle of water is $8. Seats don’t recline. All the food is insanely pricey. I’d recommend going to Crystal Lake or anywhere else honestly.

so horrible... me and my friend that are both 13 decided to watch smile 2 today at regal movie theater but we saldly got denied because the movie was rated r which caught me by surprise because we were allowed to watch the first smile movie and now that we want to enjoy the second we aren't allowed too. It surprise me because there excuse was "we don't kids to be getting ideas" I was so surprised when this came out of there mouth because right next to me was a sign promoting terrifier 3 which we all know is A LOT MORE gore. I am so unhappy that I wasn't able to enjoy this movie with my friend employees were amazing people and super sweet about the situation I just personally thought it wasn't fair. ?

No offense but they should have shut down this regal instead of the one in Lincolnshire. It was SOOO NICE and vintage! When me and my sister went to the lake Zurich regal, it looks so abandoned! The interior is so old and just not remodeled (which they should consider). When we tried to use a gift card we had, they wouldn’t let us for some reason. Also no pre order seats?
