Tonight was the second time I've called to place an order, and was unable to. On the first time, I was immediately placed on hold, and he never returned to the phone. I drove to the restaurant, still on hold. When I mentioned it to the guy at the bar, he then hung up the phone and stated they are busy. Tonight, I called multiple times, and was unable to get through. When I drove up there, I waited 7 minutes to be acknowledged. A woman dining at the bar had to let the waiter know that I had been standing waiting to be served. After telling him that I wanted to place an order, he stated it would be 45 minutes because they are busy. I asked him why they are not answering the phone, and he stated because the cooks are busy, so they are not taking to go orders. Talk about poor service!!!!!!!!!!

Was just in there. One of our favorite places to eat (was not busy) they had 2 booths and 4 tables available. The hostess asked if we could wait a second to see who ( server ) was taking another table. 3 of them didn’t want it…. Long story short, she went to 3 servers in front of us and they all said no. She proceeded to to go ask the bartender in his area, so we just left. It isn’t rocket science when your place isn’t busy to seat your guest. I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews BUT this was the craziest and rudest thing I’ve experienced!

I WILL HAVE TO SAY BEST PLACE I HAVE EATEN AT IN A LONG TIME!!!! I was extremely impressed by this location.. I was very skeptical about it, but after my first bite of appetizers... "Meatballs." I didn't think at that point it could get better, and I was wrong! I had the trio plate and started with the chicken parm and went to the lasagna both wonderful but when that magical mixture of Alfredo sauce hit my taste buds let me tell you " If it was on my forehead my tongue would slap my brains out trying to get too it !!!!!!!!! AND I WAS ALREADY CLOSE TO FULL BUT I HAD TO FINISH MY Fettuccine Alfredo every bite ? I was so full I was miserable " a good thing " even got a order of it to go. I WILL BE BACK to try the rest of the menu... staff was excellent as well ? I would give my waitress a shout-out but can't remember her name.... I will next time... photos of Shrimp scampi, trio sampler, crab cake, trio meatballs, and bloody Mary and got more lots of leftovers ?

Great service. Good food. Really reasonable prices for the huge portions you get. We had veal parmigiana and pork Milanese. The house side salad and dressing were awesome. We couldn’t eat it all! To go boxes for our leftovers!! This is definitely a great spot in Vidalia. We were glad we ventured out from the hotel.

Our server Madali was outstanding, friendly professional and very helpful with the menu seeing how this was our first time at Rialto.
The baked ziti was excellent and a very large portion. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the chicken parmesan, plus our salads were was outstanding.
We enjoy the atmosphere. Great place for our date night.

Some of the best Italian food I've ever had. The Eggplant parm is always worth the drive (and reheats well too).

Baked Ziti is also very good.

Dined at this restaurant today. Absolutely awesome food, great ambience and outstanding service! Great little gem of a restaurant in Vidalia, GA!!! I had the eggplant parmesean and it was perfectly prepared!!! Very generous portions of great QUALITY food!

Great romantic spot. Food was good. My only complaint is the chicken was extremely dry. Service, mood, and atmosphere is amazing
