We took our dog here because it's local. Well that was a BIG mistake. We brought her in for a nail trim. The techs as they call them pinned her to the ground and ignored me saying not to do that. Then the big lady come in the room wearing a mask and our dog growled at her. So they label her as aggressive. Well she is not aggressive she just did not appreciate being pinned to the ground and she doesn't like masks. Then the lady copped an attitude and says Well I have a cold and that's how it is. Well sorry wearing your idiot mask does not contain your germs. Well we now go elsewhere and have warned everyone we know too avoid this place. So save the unnecessary stress on your dog and go somewhere else.

My visit was an emergency visit on a Saturday right before closing so it cost more but they were able to get us right in get x rays and blood work and give our kitty a pain shot in a half hours time. We were in and out staff was very friendly. It was a much more affordable emergency visit then most that are $1000 in the door. We paid about $130 fee for or emergency visit on a Saturday. (Not including all the test) Blood work and x rays are pricey (final bill $829.00). Our kitty Motley is about 16 years old and feeling much better now with her pain injection for her compressed discs and arthritis.

We love the care that our dog receives at the Rochelle Veterinary Hospital! She is big and energetic and they are always so great with her. We really appreciate their patience and concern when she has had some health concerns. She will also board here when we travel and they do a wonderful job. She is always happy to get dropped off and in great spirits when we pick her up!

Rochelle Veterinarian Hospital including all the staff and doctors are amazing not only do they care about the your pets that care about your family as well a very loving group been going there for over 20 years.
This is our new baby girl she'll be Elizabeth she just turned a year old
