Excellent bbq! I love the feel of sitting down at a great local place and feeling right at home. The pork is incredible with a sauce that my kiddo loved, sweet slaw, and pies! What a lucky find in our travels. Thanks!

This place provides a no-frills type of experience, if you want some good bbq at a reasonable price point. A little heavy on the bbq sauces(some people might prefer that) but great smoked flavor and big portion sizes. I got the sampler plate and coworkers got a salad and side of fries. I would definitely consider doing take out next time, whenever smoked bbq comes to mind.

I didn't get the barbecue, but the country fried steak, cabbage, beans and cornbread were great. Service was great too.

Fried green tomatoes were really good. Cole slaw was good! Catfish had been recommended by another customer so that is what we had. My husband couldn’t eat both of his fish…the grease was almost floating on the top. Same with the fried okra. Mine was sitting in the grease in the bowl it came in. Need to use hotter grease. We were very disappointed.

I've always been a Roger's fan, but after last night, I'll never go back. BBQ pork plate was awful. I couldn't even finish the stew, what little they gave me. The pork wasn't good. The Texas toast was hard as a rock. It was probably made 2 days ago. It was like they were just trying to get rid of the left overs. Too expensive and food was terrible. Rogers is not what it used to be. Disappointed.

The sandwiches were very dry and there was not much sauce but the staff were great . The ribs are delicious and the desserts are delicious!!

I went on a Saturday at noon.
Got a sampler plate to go but had double pork and no chicken.
I loved the cole slaw.
The toast was boring.
The pork was chopped very weirdly, big and small pieces.
The ribs were tender and pretty tasty but cold as well.
The french fries were average, nothing bad to say but nothing good to say either.
I did enjoy the sauce on the chopped pork and the rib sauce was good but I'm not as big of fan of sweeter sauces.
I most likely will not visit again.

I love this place. They always have excellent service. And the food is great.
