Wonderful pet daycare! Our Golden Boy is always so excited to come and play. The photo is from Roverwood‘s Christmas fundraiser for local animal shelters. Staff are very friendly and return and missed calls promptly. Cameras allow us to see our boy playing with other dogs, and see the staff giving love and treats. We’ve used their grooming service one time and it was one of the best jobs for the money we’ve ever had.

I cannot speak highly enough about this place! I wish I had found them sooner. The staff are so kind, and so wonderful, both to the dogs and to the owners. My doodle had gotten so nervous about being separated from the family that we basically stopped taking him to daycare, and only booked trips where he could come too, but a last minute trip led us to Roverwood and goodness gracious am I so glad we found them! They care so much and are so good, that my dog started willingly and enthusiastically going to doggy daycare - not even whimpering at drop-off. This minor-miracle is a testament to the staff at Roverwood! Thankyou thankyou, thankyou!

The entire staff loves the dogs and are so good to them. The facility is clean, and the cameras allow me to watch my dog when she's there. They have grooming, day play, and boarding available so my dog doesn't have to go to multiple places. The fact that they often max out on space says a lot about how this facility is so loved!

This place was a dream come true for my little Patrick. He was in judge need of grooming . We actually thought he had gained a lot of weight since he was 11 years old. When I picked him up I was stunned he was of perfect weight and was happy as can be!! This is when everyone in Leavenworth area should take your loved pet for grooming. Great people .and the dogs enjoy seeing other dogs and have fun and get excellent grooming as well as love and care

I wanted to love this place since we have such limited options here and they do seem to care about the dogs. But the poor client communication and internal inconsistency about info are too much for me.

1. My dog got updated vaccines, as his rabies was expiring the week after he started daycare. He got the shot almost a wk before going back but I forgot the form that morning and said I’d bring it at pick-up. They verbally agreed and said no problem. Then I leave and an hr later have a less than pleasant (to say the least) voicemail saying I “have to come pick up my dog because he’s over on his vaccine”. This was a. Not true, and b. The opposite of what I’d already agreed to with staff.

2. I was consistently inconsistent on drop off. My personal schedule is not consistent, so I took him when it fit with my schedule on my assigned day. I asked when I signed my dogs up and was told when doing half day it’s 5 consecutive hours with no drop off or pick up between 12-1. At NO POINT did anyone say anything about it needing to either be AM or PM every week. Additionally, at no point did anyone say ANYTHING one single time I dropped off, never at a consistent time. So I show up in the PM one day and my dogs are denied, no exception even THAT DAY. The reason was dog play groups and temperament, etc. And that makes total sense. But for the love of all things “Procedures”, this place NEEDS TO GET SOME.

The very best. Easy communication. They treat each dog like they would their own. My dog LOVED coming here and you could tell they loved her too. As a military family, it’s important to find places you can trust with your pet and this is definitely one of them. We moved, but if we end up back in Leavenworth we will definitely be back.
