Delicious! Everything I have had here from the Indian menu was scrumptious! The levels of flavor ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Sanu knows what he’s doing - and he does it very well!

Ate at saffron on a Friday evening and sat right down. Service was friendly and very helpful. Atmosphere was chill but it was a little warm inside. By the end of our meal my boyfriend was quite hot. Had to wait about 20-30 minutes for food but it was fresh. GET THE CAULIFLOWER APP. SO GOOD! The lamb entree was pretty good but was expecting more Indian spice and flavor. The garlic naan was yummy. The butter chicken was a fail. Presentation was lovely but taste was bland. Would not recommend (I believe other reviewers said the same). Overall it was a chill experience but could be better.

Found this gem of a restaurant near Ketchum when we were visiting the Sun Valley resort. Service was top notch, food tasted really good and the ambience was neat and clean. Would definitely go back here again if I’m in that area. Here’s what we ordered and how we felt:

Amazing taste of mango lassi, as well as salad. Main course sauces interesting taste but tofu was not was exceptional. Chicken in malai cooked before and mixed with malai sauce. I was expecting cooked together with sauce. That way chicken has malai sauce flavored.

Wow! Not many Indian places can claim this level of expertise for cooking traditional Indian dishes. Well done Saffron! Now one of two favorite places to enjoy Indian cuisine

Hidden gem in Sun valley. It’s the best place in Idaho. This is a modern Indian restaurant. The service was great. The chef has attention for detail in every dish he used very quality spices and ingredients. Each dish has a lot of flavor and fresh ingredients. I would definitely go back when I am in Sun Valley.

First time eating Indian food, really cool place, location nice with big parking lot, right in the center of Ketchum, we went with the hole family, the service was amazing and very helpfully. If you go with more than 6 people the 20% tip will be automatically in your check so it’s much easier. The food amazing, of course the butter chicken was one of the best, we need to come back and try everything.

Our new favorite Indian food restaurant!! Plenty of vegetarian options. The restaurant is classy and inviting.The flavors were delightful, presentation amazing. We enjoyed the Green Peas and Goat Cheese Kulcha, Samosa and Chick Pea Chat, Paneer Makhani, Jackfruit Kofta, with the best Saffron Rice! If you go up there this winter, please do stop at Saffron (Ketchum) and you won't be disappointed. Sanu the chef/owner, Rosemary (Sanu's wife) and Sanu's friend who cooked our meal took such good care of us. Very genuine people who we enjoyed chatting with after our exquisite meal. It’s a bit pricy, but so worth it!
