I love this place. The staff was super friendly and nice. They treated my nervous dog like a little princess and said that she did great. The price was so reasonable. It was a great experience and I would recommend this to any dog owner. Thank you. Here is a picture of my little one after her spa day.

I am so glad to have found this place! I am always nervous to drop my pup off but they were so nice and patient with Hank. When I came to pick him up he looked, smelled and felt amazing. We will be back!

1. My dog was well-treated and was nice and clean, toes trimmed, he smelled good and when I picked him up he was very happy.
2. When I arrived early to ensure I would be on time, it was not taken well. I was told that next time they ‘would have me arrive on time’. I thought that was condescending and I felt put off since I went to extra effort to be early so I would ensure being on time.
So customer service up front was why I give it 4 stars.
3.The package I purchased was for washing, drying, nail trim, ears cleaned, and teeth brushing. I left him there and was alerted 10 minutes later that he was done. It was a bit surprising that even washing would be finished in ten minutes. Even the person in charge seemed surprised at the short amount of time it took.
4. The staff that took care of him was very friendly, made helpful comments about tooth care, and really showed they liked my dog and that made me feel appreciated. Afterwards, it was easy to book my next appointment and I left with a smile. Overall, I liked the place, and will enjoy taking my dog back, now that I know what to expect.

I've had my dog to several different groomers that weren't able to trim his nails. With their gentle methods and team work not only did they give him an amazing bath, but were able to trim all 4 paws! I'm so thankful for you guys. See you again soon.

Love love love this place!! All staff were happy, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great customer service!! They answered all of the questions I had during our first visit. As you can see our dog was ready to go back for her spa treatment!!

Did a trial appointment and the process was so much quicker and smoother than expected! my puppy can be dramatic but they handled him with care and he came out pristine.

The staff was super nice and communicative. They explained to me the process as I was nervous about it being my puppy's first time. I will be returning again.

We visited Scenthound at Cedar Mills, Portland Oregon’s newest location with our two German Shepherds yesterday. Very in tune with assessment of doggy needs and personalities. Nailed every quirk I forgot to mention and adjusted to my fearful 6 month olds needs. They will take the time to comfort and make a great experience out of spa time for the pups. I highly recommend a trial visit! Staff are very attentive and really listen. Excellent job cleaning, nail grinding, ear clean, and toothbrush. We will be back next month as my vet is too busy to help us with a nail trim once in a while. This is also a great value.
