We enjoyed our week at Anchor Splash that we booked with SeaBreeze Vacation. The home was as pictured. We loved the location and the pool. The entire transaction was very easy and they kept in touch by text the entire time. I would definitely book with them again!

Renting this gorgeous home was the highlight of our summer. Location is so close to the beach, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. The golf cart included with the rental was a perfect way to move around.

The house itself was being gorgeous. The decoration is phenomenal, kitchen appliances were excellent (two fridges in rye kitchen and another by the garage!Two dishwashers…). We had everything we needed and something else.

The pool had an alarm that we couldn’t figure out and their rental team
Was extremely patient and caring to help us out.

The elevator and the EV charger was also very helpful.

We can’t wait to go back again!

Bimini Cove: Nice size home for a large family. Furniture is very nice. Beautiful view, dock & backyard. Green mildew on pool deck area. Green mildew in glass block shower. Main kitchen stove and cabinets were absolutely filthy. En-suite door was filthy as was the main entry door. Air conditioning would turn to 80 every few hours. Window of master bedroom overlooking pool is rotting underneath.. could be a hazard and needs fixed. Screen door to dock area off deck needs addressed the framing is deteriorating on the ground and my son cut his foot on it. Nails sticking up on deck need hammered down and caused foot bruises. Blood stains on pillow and blinds. Toilet paper holder wasn’t attached to the wall correctly. No golf balls for putting and it took 3 texts to get it handled -on the third day they brought them. Bedroom off main kitchen -TV was broken and we were told it would be delivered on second day but it was never addressed. The washing machine was musty and left your clothes smelling musty. Owners came by to check for a leak due to their water bill..only thirty minute notice given. You have to remove all trash yourself and take to curb even though it said you didn’t. The island itself is amazing and it’s great that the golf cart was included. It’s great if you don’t mind cleaning and you have a large family. Home needs cleaned better and some minor updates for the price.

We had another great 2 weeks at Flip Flops forever. The rental was ready when we arrived and everything was in place for a great vacation. The fenced in lot is great for our two small dogs and the pool makes late afternoon dips simple. The location is close to several restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Also SeaBreeze vacations is a great group to work with on rentals. We had the internet go out once when we were there and SeaBreeze responded immediately sending out a technician within an hour. We will definitely rent this house again and happy working with SeaBreeze Rental Company.

Our stay was during Hurricane Debi, SeaBreeze Vacations was always checking on my family. Provided me with all the safety information if we should loose power or need to evaluate the Island. I will use SeaBreeze Vacation Rental in the future for all travel to Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach Florida

Manatee Retreat was, by far, one of the best vacation homes that I have stayed in. I liked the privacy of location of the home and the private gate entry. Manatee Retreat is close to anything to make a vacation enjoyable. Restaurants, shopping, and the Gulf of Mexico. My family enjoyed sitting on the back patio and fishing in the canal. The cleanliness of the rental was perfect. The furniture was comfortable and the unit was nicely decorated. I will definitely stay at this rental again.
