This is a small, but very nice theater. We saw Rock of Ages there which was very good. The seats were comfortable but the bar service was very slow. More bartenders are needed.

Nice old theater. Every seat has a good view of the stage, good sound system, and lighting. Order a drink before the show and pick it up at intermission..

Went to see a performance of The Prom at Sharon Playhouse on a whim. Really enjoyed the atmosphere, live music and comfortable feel of the place. Saw the movie and enjoyed the adaptation. Would certainly go again.

We had fun at a performance of Rock of Ages. Wish I had waited to get tickets as they were discounted closer to the performance date. Still reasonable and worth the drive out there. Sharon Playhouse is a nice little local theatre with friendly staff, and not a bad seat in the house.

Top-notch, first-rate entertainment the easy equal of ANY Broadway performance I have ever seen! Intimate seating with great visibility anywhere in the playhouse. Matinees and vespers available. Decent acoustics. Fair pricing, patio bar and ample parking. Bathrooms are spotless.

While their 2020 season was limited to drive-in performances, the Playhouse typically attracts large crowds for their off-broadway performances/musicals. These are trained performers typically from NYC. The seating is tight but it’s an intimate theater so you’ll have a good view even from the back.

My son participated in the Sharon Playhouse Stars Play and I must say they did an Amazing job. They are definitely creative and great with children . WE ALL LOVED THE PLAY ENTIRELY.

Fantastic! My husband and I only saw one play we didn’t like but that has to be an anomaly! Will continue to go back.
