Went to see the nutcracker with my mom and we both enjoyed the experience. The parking itself is fine but if you cannot handle traffic then plan to come earlier and look for street parking nearby.

What's the purpose of purchasing your tickets online in advance when you have to wait outside in the cold to pickup actual PAPER TICKETS 🎟 from the box office, then to be told once you've stood in line 30min and have the tickets now its 7:18 and the show started at 7pm you cannot enter the theater for 15min!!!!! #get with the times it's 2024, the MINSKOFF THEATRE IN NYC & BUSHNELL THEATRE IN HARTFORD have an EXCELLENT NO HASSEL system!! #thank God I love TINA TURNER 🎤 🎶#5 🌟 STARS FOR THE ACTUAL SHOW but I will never visit this theater again

My wife and I went to see An Evening with David Sedaris. Wonderful seats in mezzanine. Beautiful theater. First time here. We moved to area recently and are amazed at how close we are to New Haven and all that it offers. David Sedaris was fantastic. Very funny. I have been reading and listening to his audiobook for years but first time hearing him read. Stayed to have books signed afterwards. He took time to speak to everyone. Just a great night out!

Electronic ticketing system needs work. We received a receipt for tickets, but none were emailed. Then they did not have tickets at office. On plus side they were able to print them but it delayed our entry to the theatre by 20 min. Hopefully this is rare

The Tina Turner show was incredible! The music was great and the performers were superb. Even though we were sitting in the front row I could tell that the theater was perfectly sized so that no matter where you sat you would have a great time

Great theater with a full house on a Saturday night! Got mixed messages multiple times from employees on directions for both will call, my seating section, etc. Team needs to make a game plan! Saw lots of people enjoying purchased snacks and drinks.
