My lady and I enjoyed our return to the Silver Star after 3 years. We chose the Ultimate Hits show featuring rock hits from the 60's, 70's and 80's.

When we arrived this past Friday (August 4th) evening, we noticed the bar was no longer there. We were informed that our servers (they were wonderful, not to mention efficient) would be available to take cocktail orders at our table and this worked out fine.

The buffet was still there and the fare was good overall except for the pasta which was fairly salty. Their famous layered chocolate cream cake was delicious as always and our iced water tumblers were never empty.

The show was absolutely fantastic as always with the exception of the underwhelming jokes. The artists were enthusiastic and had no problem getting us audience members to engage with them.

The various song selections were well sung and played and much appreciated by those of us in the audience. The band and vocalists were at the TOP of their game during this Ultimate Hits show! Note: The Elvis impersonator was damned good!

A BIG thank you to the band, vocalists and the outstanding staff at The Silver Star! We're looking forward to attending additional shows in the near future!

We had a nice time at the Silver Star Theater for a December 30th, 2023 Variety Show. We went to celebrate a family member's birthday. We have all been there before when it was Broadway Palm Dinner Theater, so had an idea of what to expect. Overall, we'd go back to see other shows and invite friends and family for another local experience.

I purchased the tickets online (phone version was a bit tricky, better on the website) and checked in at the desk to the left of the main entrance (doors most right of the location). They didn't scan my barcode, just provided my name for my tickets. We got there a little before 5:30 PM and had some time to use the restrooms and look around the gift shop. We then went to be seated at our table, Row BB in the middle, which were nice seats, still reasonably close to the stage.

Drink prices are reasonable. Buffet was fine and you could go back as many times as you'd like (usually long wait and food was just alright - some things were better than others). Salad bar usually didn't have a line.

Show started at 7:05 PM, Intermission at 7:46 PM and after an encore, the show ended at 9:06 PM. We loved listening to vocalist Devon Lewno, who had such an energetic, captivating personality. Chuck Curry, Flagstaff local, was a great host, singer, and had incredible trumpet skills! It was a nice band to listen to overall.

Had a wonderful time. Not a bad seat in the house. We were in front but next time I think I would go to second level.

(9/15/23) True Country show $49. Dinner started at 5:30 buffet style salad bar with Italian or ranch options fruit meat potatoes cooked veggies and pasta. Chocolate cake and water was already on our dinner table. Server came to take drink orders at an extra cost which you pay at intermission ex coffee $3 beer $6 they also have liquor options. A little card on the table suggests $3 per person gratuity. Show first set 7-7:45pm, 20 min intermission, 8:05-8:53 second set. Spoiler alert songs they did.... Down at the twist and shout, Mountain music, don't rock the jukebox, trouble, Man I feel like a woman, long neck bottle, king of the road, fishing in the dark, crazy, Friends in low places, All my ex's live in Texas, wagon wheel, something to talk about, orange blossom special, (intermission) Chattahoochee, Jolene, Amarillo by morning, Ace in the hole, take me home country roads, (steel guitar solo - Ken Skraggs?) Boot scootin boogie, much too young, stand by your Man, Rocky top, encore was devil went down to Georgia.
