The people at this place are the definition of good people filled with love. The environment is fantastic, the place is well maintained, and my son absolutely loves coming here to ride horses.

This was our first time there. Google Maps has the wrong location so we drove past it. The adult volunteers were friendly and helpful. The only complaint I had from my kid was that the participants and the teen volunteers were too young. There wasn't anyone else there her age. She is 15. I was happy to hear there is a program geared more to older teens like her that she hopefully will be able to attend.

The activity was well organized and gave kids an opportunity to connect. My kid likes being around horses and was happy to be able to lead one back to the barn. She really wants to have an opportunity to ride though and would like to do more of that. Overall it was a good experience in terms of getting her out and around other people and back out around horses. We will go back for other events geared specifically for older teens. I am really happy to know the organization is there for kids and families to access.

I volunteer and work with the horses keeping them groomed, walking them, etc. It's a beautiful area for horses and for riders and other people for whom horses provide a special bonding. It is small so each person receives one on one attention. Horses are spoiled with love.

Amazing organization! Extremely loving people and horses! ? I went through their Veteran equine therapy program and left a happier and better person. Learning that trust and confidence is the only way to move a 2k lb animal is a great lesson to learn and a wonderful practice to incorporate into regular life. This has been a wonderful journey for me. Highly recommend to all!!!

It is pure and serene out there. My son and I just felt a calmness. It's where passion and professionalism meet. I can't say enough good about them. The camp did not work out for safety reasons so we are hoping to begin with the lessons in the fall.

I've been a volunteer at SMART since 2013 and participate in many of their therapeutic programs. This is such a special place and I see that in the faces of the riders, participants and parents every week. SMART is one of only 14 Premier Accredited Centers in Florida and the only one in Manatee and Sarasota counties.
