Very good format. New facility, friendly staff.

A bit pricey. Recommended touch less for my car, which was the same price yet only 1/2 their equipment runs. From my perspective, touch less should be a slight cost reduction.

It is great that they spray your car down before the automated wash starts. Cloths and vacuums in the lot are appreciated.

Clean and well-stocked in towels and toiletries. Big tubs that fit my 90lb dog with room to spare, and excellent water nozzles that actually penetrate/rinse his thick double-coat. And two big drying rooms means my house doesn't smell like wet-dog for days.

This is the best invention of all time. Clean and pleasant atmosphere, courteous and welcoming staff. The 6-month intro price is great. I love the unlimited car and dog wash so much that I'm probably going to keep paying when it goes up. Best of all, my shower drain at home stays clean!

I have been here a number of times with both of my dogs. We have the top membership and it's EXTREMELY worth it. The staff at the dog wash are amazing and are so nice even when me and my husky end up making a giant mess. The shampoo and supplies are really good quality as well and I am in love with Sota Pup. They also have drying hats!
