We hosted a surprise party at South Lyon Theater last weekend and I cannot say enough good things about both the venue and event coordinators! Debra and David were so helpful in every aspect of planning! They were very quick to respond via email and text as we finalized details and happy to provide support as we began setting up the event. Throughout the party, numerous guests commented on how perfect the venue was. I would highly recommend working with Debra and David for your next event!

My family was even brainstorming more events to host at the South Lyon Theater by the end of the night! 😊

Great place to have a gathering! Wonderful people to work with, very helpful with technology and space is great! I would recommend this for any gathering. We had a pot luck for our non-profit and it was terrific! Everyone loved the space. 5 stars isn't enough for this location and space.

I’d like to say a big THANK YOU to South Lyon theater for a fantastic experience there with my family last night. My grandkids were shocked that we had the whole place to ourselves! We watched movies, had snacks, and had wonderful photo ops. I would highly recommend this venue for a special occasion.

What a find! I highly recommend using this gem of a facility for any fun business or family gathering. We had our son’s and bride to be’s wedding shower there this past weekend. The South Lyon Theater owners Debra and David were fantastic to work with; very responsive to emails and calls, have tech set up for easy use, were incredibly accommodating with requests and offered great suggestions to make our event the best. Venue is spotless, beautifully decorated, had great screen and sound quality that was easy to use, very comfortable and reasonably priced. Guests loved the ‘change up’ from the traditional shower experience. People should definitely consider using this gathering space for both family and business group functions! We will be using again. Recently used the South Lyon Theater for our gender reveal and the whole experience was fantastic. After booking the space, the owners were available for every question we had. The communication was amazing! The day of, they were there to help us set up and again answer any questions we had. The space itself was so unique, spacious and clean. I would highly recommend the South Lyon theater for any event! I hope we’re back soon!

Catered a birthday party at the South Lyon Theater. Super cute venue, you can play your own movies and videos and spacious. A large bar, theater seating and floor space for dining tables. Look forward to working with them more. -
