I really love the staff there so nice and respectful. And that popcorn is the best I ever had. It's definitely a must visit if you're ever in that town. It's my go to spot once a month when my team go to do free health screening. Keep up the great service

We came here to watch the new Twister movie, discounted Tuesdays and well worth it, it makes the shows so affordable for everyone. The theater is always clean and the staff is always friendly and very helpful, and there is hardly ever a line.

Prices and availability were great. Online booking with a service fee was available. The seats were comfortable and did provide a rocking motion.
The cons:
Long wait line to purchase tickets
(A kiosk could eliminate this)

The seating rows were not labeled
(Theatre 4 to be exact)

There was not an attendant to ensure direction of which theatre

The theatre trash can was over running in the corner and the theater needs a deep sanitizing cleaning
(Witness an adult with their feet, shoes and legs propped on the seat in front of them)

So I wanted to support a small town theater and here's how it went I purchased my ticket and to my surprise in the theater one the theater was filthy. I then went to the restrooms and the restrooms had a foul smell. The trash cans were overflowing. I am very fortunate this is not my hometown theater. As I am only passing through let's just say I'll avoid this one if I'm ever in the area again.

Awful experience. The theater was extremely messy and had not been cleaned since the previous showing. Seats are worn. The floor is sticky. We had previews with no sound. The movie started about 20 minutes late. And then it was the wrong movie. Realizing that we went to the lobby to ask for a refund. We were told that our movie had been moved to a different theater, but it had already started. The clerk said she processed a refund for our tickets and we left. That refund has not shown up days later.
Update: a refund is now showing as pending.

We came today to watch It Ends With Us and there was only a few people in here working, however, Jafar (I think is his name) really went out of his way and is basically doing all the jobs by himself. He deserves a raise! He apologized serval times for the issues they had going on and did everything he knew to make our visit right. He is so swamped out front and trying to run the movies, we really appreciated everything he did today. (:

First and last time visiting this place. No options for hearing impaired; theater wasn't cleaned all day apparently; floors were sticky; bathrooms were deplorable, no tissue?!

Nothing better than going to see a movie. Staff very friendly and helpful. The theaters need updating but other than that it is wonderful to be able to finally go a little back to normal going to the theater.
