This company went by us...8 people..horse looked so exhausted. Head was down low and he looked so frail. Other horses we saw with other companies looked healthy heads up with pep. Please retire your horses to a safe place and stop being greedy

My horse Arnie was so smart and sweet and he seemed healthy and NOT MISTREATED! He also got a bucket full of treats from this nice lady at a art studio 🙂 we also had a blast even tho protesters yelled at us even my little child. I hope the horses start to get massages more! Thank you

Horses forced to drag over 6/7 people on a carriage around in the dead heat of the day is cruel, and anyone who supports a business that does this should get their morals checked.

Amazing experience. Horse's loved their job and enjoyed pulling us through the beautiful town. Unfortunately the people that left bad reviews are ignorant enough to believe it's abuse and so miserable with their own lives they have to try to drag everyone else down with them.

I forget the drivers name Natayla? and busciut were AMAZING you need to ride with this special lady and horse!
Horse was so happpy and oh man what a wonderful time money well spent!! Loved every minute of it definitely the highlight of our trip!

Not even sure if this is a legitimate business any longer. The website is a complete mess and uninformative and unhelpful. I called the number and left a message. No one ever returned my call; rather, I was texted a different person with a different phone number to contact. I called that number and left two messages. No one ever returned my call. Extremely unprofessional.

This is absolute abuse. It’s not only dangerous for the horses but also the passages if the horse gets spoked and causes immense strain on the horses.

It seemed as though our horse was being whipped. This is mistreatment, and I believe this should be done away with immediately.
