My Mom and I went to see the play about a funeral and it was amazing! The actors made it very enjoyable. The only negative thing I can say is that the chairs are very hard to get out of. They are on a platform that the chairs are attached to (that’s not bolted down), and my Mom tripped pretty hard. Overall, it was a great time! We will definitely be returning!

I love Starlight Theater because the community is wonderful. I have watched so many kids grow to be more confident with performing by attending Starlight Theater! Tom and Dan are so encouraging to each and every kid. 😊 No matter what role I play, I grow as a performer and as a person because of Starlight’s wonderful community!

My daughter has performed in 5 shows here so far, and it has been such a wonderful experience. Tom, the director, is great with the kids, and the whole atmosphere is really positive and welcoming. If your child is looking for a place to perform, this is it!

EXTREMELY DANGEROUS, DO NOT GO HERE!!! When I enrolled my child for Alice In Wonderland JR. I was extremely shocked by the amount of disrespect shown for my little Sammy. My Sammy had told me that she hated going here, And here are the reasons why. :
I had gotten reports from her that the theater is extremely filthy with mold. I thought she had just been mistaken of paint or something, But she was correct. It is so dangerous with the amount of MOLD in the backstage and costume room area. I was also shocked when I had went backstage to look for my Sammy's forgotten water bottle, Where I saw the floor was like a beach. It felt like I had been swimming, There was SO MUCH water flooding the backstage area, And I was slipping all over the place. Has to be taken with extreme caution when walking around backstage in the character heels they wear.
My Sammy also said that she had been bullied by a group of students, And when she went to tell the Director, He said he'd talk to them. He never did. She reminded him again because the bullying never stopped, And guess what had happened? He didn't speak to them once again. Big shocker. The amount of effort put into this was ridiculous. She came home crying daily about this and the fact that nothing was done about it?
Please, If you want your child to not be miserable, Don't take your child here. I am so hurt by how she was treated, And now she doesn't want to participate in any other theatres, because she believes it will always be like this. And it sucks too, Because she was so excited to do theatre, But thanks to Starlight, her passion was destroyed.

My son had the WORST experience at this theater. They were kicked out of the show by not the director, or a teacher, but a ticket sales person. The backstage was so awful and messy and not safe. There is MOLD in the backstage area. MOLD. The backstage is also always FLOODED with water so people always trip- including my son. The use of favoritism here is so obvious and does not help the children grow at all. The same kids are the leads every time! The director has anger issues and is constantly YELLING at the kids for making the slightest mistake. Dont make the same mistake I did with signing my child up for this program. The price is very expensive for my child to learn nothing and cry for 2 months. My childs mental health has declined from being here and I can proudly say neither me or my child will ever come here again.

We recently saw a play that our grandson was in, and we were really looking forward to seeing the play. Although the play itself was good, the theater was not. The place has extremely narrow areas for people to move around. It took nearly 10 minutes to walk roughly 50 feet because of congestion just leaving the arena that the play was in. Also, it was very filthy! Major amounts of dust and I don't know what else was on the walls. Huge cobwebs throughout the place. If I were the owner of this theater, I would either have a cleaning company come in and clean, or I would do it myself if money was an issue. The seating was very scary because they were rows of four and they were not bolted to the ground but you didn't realize this until the people in the row behind you had to catch you from falling backwards. Extremely unsafe for everyone, especially children and elderly people who may not have great balance. EXTREMELY UNSAFE SEATING!

The play was really really good. Although it was billed 7:30-9:30 it's 3hrs long.

It was one of the best I've seen off Broadway. For opening night the actors were great. Tevye was Amazing!

Wasn't happy about the handicap stall being out of order. Also the seats for handicap companions are uncomfortable (so said my companion) It wouldn't take much to remove one or two seats in the back so companions could sit in comfortable seating.

PLEASE add a strobe light warning before the show. Flashing the emergency lights could cause a seizure or a migraine like I got.

Another suggestion. Move the mics further away from the mouth. It was hard to understand the words at times as they were muffled.

Cute suggestion. As a playhouse. The men's room says Guys, you should make the ladies Dolls 😘

First visit to this theater located in a stripmall was not inpressive; the theater leans towards a gaudy look.
But as they say "dont judge a book by its cover,' the performance was well worth the visit.

Directed by a 16 y/o student (well accomplished in writing musicals and plays), Day One portrays the events surrounding the first day of return of a man from prison, which lean both humorously and intricately. I was impressed by the performance of the guy's girlfriend; she made the show more lively and exhibited closer to realistic portrayal
