I can honestly say that my entire experience with Cobb County Court has not been entirely bad; however, MICHELLE JONES, has to be one of the worst individuals I have ever encountered in my life. I have attempted to speak with her on numerous occasions since the early part of 2023. And I say "attempted" because every single time I've interacted with and tried to explain particular situations to her, she will interrupt and over talk you, making it nearly impossible to finish explaining your thoughts in detail. In addition to this, Ms. Jones, sounds like a programmed bot - repeating the same things over and over and over and over. For example: "I am not an attorney", "I can't give you legal advice", "I can't advise you on (such and such)", "I am trying to give you specific details", the list goes on. She listens to respond when instead she should be listening to understand. Then if you begin to express your frustration, she automatically reverts to saying, "I will let the judge know you are not happy with the court". Lady WHAT?! The court has nothing to do with it - it's solely YOU! In my most recent conversation with Michelle Jones, a simple answer she could have given me took more than five minute. All she simply had to do was listen carefully to what I was requesting. Quite frankly, truly comes off as incompetent and lacks basic human interaction skills. She is not a good representation of Judge Bridgette Campbell. My goal here is not to insult this individual; however, she needs to be properly trained on what proper customer service looks and sounds like. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - all because of her! I am beyond fed up and utterly disappointed.

Went to this courthouse to pay a traffic ticket. I got off the elevator on the second floor and walked up to the clerk. Not a single person was in line or even getting helped at that time so I made eye contact with the clerk and walked up. The first thing out of her mouth was "Next time wait at the stop sign" with a very rude tone. If she was busy (she wasn't) she could have been a lot nicer about it.

my son is a baseball player in California, he came home for Winter break and had a single vehicle accident, he was issued 2 citations, we explained his situation to the officers and they advised “Let the Judge figure it out” I met with the prosecutor (Judge Lake) and he was extremely helpful and very kind. It was a nice surprise. God bless.

I came on August 25th 2023 Officer D.Crisp is HORRIBLE AT HIS JOB I think he’s a sherif but take out the entrance of the courthouse immediately! He’s slow in moving , ask to many questions and he acts like he’s brand new and doesn’t know anything the guy with the grey officer uniform

The guy handling the TPO's in room 402 handled the situation in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way, and did not seem to care what so ever about the severity of the situation. We had been waiting for hours before anyone got there, and he let everyone go before us and refused to handle our situation.

Calling the automated phone line after the required 10 days is pointless. I have been trying for eight days afterwardsTo Pay My Citation. I finally get a woman on the phone who is more interested in the conversation of co-workers than assisting me. After her conversation, she gives me another automated payment number only to sit on hold for over 1/2 hour hearing you call is being transferred. I finally decided to drive down to the traffic bureau...will give part 2 my experience of the bureau.
