Would not recommend this place. They make a habit of keeping things in disrepair, see building exterior and the pool. They also have a very predatory lease agreement that basically hangs any of the repairs needed to update the unit on the tenant when they move out. Renters BEWARE!!

Olive at Storyboard on Park Entrance has been amazing to work with. So polite and knowledgeable and is able to assist in any way that I've needed her. The apartments are up to date, beautiful countertops in the kitchen and bath, nice appliances, clean, big windows!

This place would have been perfect if it wasn’t for what I’m about to write. I’ve been here less than a month and so far I have had to deal with about 20 Brown recluse spiders and today my car was broken into. They only spray the outside so I’m left footing the bill for pest control for the inside and with the parking having poor lighting and no cameras I’m left with paying for the replacement window since there is no way to identify the person. I don’t feel safe in my own home and now I don’t feel safe parking my car here. Unfortunately, I moved from out of state and couldn’t tour the unit prior to moving in. Heard nothing but good things so I’m disappointed this has been my experience. Parking should have better lighting and cameras should be installed at the very least. You also have to buy/bring your own washer and dryer which is fine if the rent was cheaper than it is. Thought I was paying for at least safety/security.

Update:
It rained a lot at the end of July and my living room got flooded. I called maintenance thinking it was an emergency but I was mistaken. Didn't get anyone out till the next day where all they were here for was to mop up the water that was already gone. After a week they closed the ticket saying the work was done when it wasn't. Opened a new ticket and the next day they closed it. When it rains water still gets in cause they never fixed it. They better not expect me to pay for any damages. See added photos.

Lots good about living here. The rent is reasonable and the apartments are large. Maintenance is outstanding. Location is convenient. It’s clean and safe.

Cons: not much storage. Stairwell carpet is in really bad shape (I only know my building). Parking lot lighting is inadequate. No lighting at all by mailbox.

The pool has potential but wasn’t maintained well. I’m hopeful the new company will do a better job.

I was able to move in right away & Vanessa was super helpful through every step of the way, making me feel great about my decision to live here. Maintenance came in and got everything done that i requested & i feel comfortable voicing any concerns i may have.

Edit: I LOVE these cards! helps me feel comfy about my maintenance since I know who was in my apartment doing what! awesome community to be a part of!

I placed a work order on May 12th because we were seeing ants in our kitchen, baby’s room, and our bathroom. The property never answered the work order, but marked it as complete (I have a ring camera, never came while we were at work either)

We woke up this morning, June 1st with ants every corner of our bathroom. This is our third year living here and we have had ants every spring, but not to this extent. The property does not seem to care there is an infestation of ants in their walls and/or baseboards. Just like someone said previously, you will also have quite a few brown recluse spiders visit your home. If you are not fond our critters invading your space OFTEN, do not consider this property unfortunately.

Also, up until this year, they were really good with request, but now they never answer and you will have to call them 100x until they finally send someone out. So beware when renting from a company with older buildings.
