Un buen lugar para pasar la tarde en familia. Sin embargo, cuando lo visité tenías cerrado muchas áreas, otras las estaban limpiando y nos perdimos gran parte.
En adición, hacía muuuucho sol y calor ese día y hay muy pocos lugares con sombra.
Pero a pesar de todo, tiene spots muy bonitos para sacar fotos!

For the size, the location and price it’s great! Plus they have red pandas! It was a mod day visit and “warm”, most of the animals were out and napping which was cute. But I got to see them. The zoo was easy to navigate and found a coffee spot in the park to get a fresh cup. Was nice to keep my hands warm. Paths are big enough and wide enough for groups and the signage was easy to read.

Small town zoo, so it doesn’t have a ton of animals but it was with the $6/ticket! Nice walking path, clean park. They had a penny machine! So that made it really worth it!
Bathrooms were clean.

Visited Sunset Zoo today, quite the experience, I felt very at ease and peace walking around the animal exhibits. The zoo itself is so clean and very well taken care off. Some animals were not available due to cold weather so we look forward returning even maybe volunteering. We loved it. A place of education and kid fun. The views are spectacular. I highly recommended bring your kids and family for a day of fun and knowledge.

Super cute zoo with cheap admissions ( $4 kid $6 adult ) we had two little ones and it was 100 degrees so we only got to spend an hour there. The exhibits were well built and planned out. My only complaint was that it was over 100 and none of the concession stands were open. I do believe that if we were able to have an ice cream break or something similar the kiddos could have lasted longer.

Cool little zoo in the little apple. It is great for the price. The whole zoo takes approximately 2.5 hours to get through and costs $6 per adult. There is plenty of parking and there is food in the zoo. The exhibits focus most on Asian and Australian animals. Highlights of the trip are the monkeys and sloth bear.

I enjoyed my time at this zoo. It isn't very large but it is easy to walk, the landscaping is pretty, and the animals are easy to view. One of the pelicans was playing with a pair of sticks which was interesting to watch and the gibbons were very playful with one another on the day I visited. We paid to feed the tortoise and my daughter loved it.

My only complaints are water availability and the amount of shade in the enclosures. My daughter was thirsty but the two vending machines we found were out of stock, one water fountain was out of order, and the gift shop had a full refrigerator with every drink but water. We eventually found a working water fountain. A number of animals were up against the glass which made for great viewing but the reason it happened was because it was the spot with the most shade at that time of day so I'd love to see more shady areas provided for them. I'll still definitely make another visit as we enjoyed the zoo overall a lot.
