It's a beautiful venue! Has a very intimate feel. Rich in history. The staff did a great job. I saw Swan Lake with my mother. We had a wonderful time. Plenty of concessions. Can't wait to go back.

Had so much fun, the staff was wonderful, and show was amazing. My only issue was when I was going down the steps and rolled my ankle, there were a few unlit steps. I'm on crutches for a few days, but it still didn't take away from how fun my event was, just be careful on those steps!

Enjoyable concert. Black violins was something to see and hear. The venue is nice. Well staffed. Concession stands and bathrooms on each floor. Seating is a little outdated and tight. Views of the stage are good. For the late attendees, better lighting and signage would help the ushers with seating people. Overall a venue with entertainment for everyone.

Comfortable theater to watch our show! The seats were a little cramped and our knees touched the seats ahead of us but overall had a great time. All of the staff were friendly and helped us quickly and efficiently. Even the security check in personnel were respectful and nice. Was a great evening!

What a beautiful theater!
FANTASTIC staff, huge shout out to Kris and Bill, who were super organized and made sure our experience was a fantastic one!
We had to he there early for a soundcheck experience before a concert, and then waited after the show to meet some of the bamd members. These gentlemen made sure everyone stayed in line, no cutting, kept it running smoothly and were beyond kind, communicative and patient.
Great venue for concerts and we will happily come down from Michigan to attend more!

The BEAT was awesome! Our seats were great. The staff was great. Yet, this is the second "huge" concert I attended at this venue and was sorely disappointed in the sound system, again. If I'm going to pay $200 for a ticket, I would expect a quality experience including sound.

Small venue, holds roughly 2500 guests, I like the cozy atmosphere and that it is in the middle of downtown Cincy. If you get there early enough and can shell out the money, there is parking a fee hundred feet from the entrance.
